Claims (8)
- 제1 외면 및 제1 내면을 가지며, 두개의 대향 측면을 갖는 제1 중앙 웹부와 상기 제1 중앙 웹부의 대향 측면에 형성된 제1 상향 플랜지부로 이루어지는 상부 판금 스탬프 부재와; 제2 외면 및 제2 내면을 가지며, 두개의 대향 측면을 갖는 제2 중앙 웹부와 상기 제2 중앙 웹부의 대향 측면에 형성된 제2 상향 플랜지부로 이루어지는 하부 판금 스탬프 부재와; 상기 제1 및 제2 웹부가 실질적 부분을 따라 서로 접촉되도록 구성된 제1 및 제2 내면과; 서로 견고하게 부착되어 구조적으로 아이빔 단면을 형성하도록 구성된 상부 및 하부 스탬프 부재;로 이루어 지되, 상기 상향 플랜지부 각각의 두께는 적어도 상기 제1 및 제2 웹부를 합한 두께와 동일한 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차 서스펜션 아암.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상부 및 하부 스탬프 부재는 두께가 일정한 판금을 압축 성형한 것으로서 각 상향 플랜지부는 상기 판금이 완전히 중첩된 부분으로 이루어 지고, 상기 상향 플랜지부의 각각의 두께는 웹부 두께의 적어도 두배 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차 서스펜션 아암.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 상부 스탬프 부재와 하부 스탬프 부재는알루미늄판, 강판 또는 이와 유사한 판금 소재를 압축 성형하여서 된 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차 서스펜션 아암.
- 제1항, 제2항 또는 제3항에 있어서, 상기 상부 스탬프 부재와 하부 스탬프 부재는 볼팅, 용접, 접착, 리벳팅, 혹은 이와 유사한 결합수단을 사용하여 상기 제1 및 제2 내면을 따라 서로 등을 맞댄 구조로 견고하게 결합된 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차 서스펜션 아암.
- 제1항, 제2항 또는 제3항에 있어서, 상기 상부 스탬프 부재와 하부 스탬프 부재는 상기 제1 및 제2 내면을 서로 맞붙였을 때 그 주변부를 따라 일정한 간격이 형성되어 있어서 상기 상부 및 하부 스탬프 부재의 네 소재의 표면이 벗(Butt) 및 필렛(Fillet) 구조로 결합하여 고품질의 용접 결합을 형성하므로서, 상기 상부 및 하부 스탬프 부재는 상기 용접 결합에 의해 서로 강하게 접착되는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차 서스펜션 아암.
- 제1항, 제2항 또는 제3항에 있어서, 상기 상부 스탬프 부재와 하부 스탬프 부재는 제1 및 제2 웹부를 각각 프로젝션 용접하여 상기 제1 및 제2 내면이 서로등을 맞댄 구조로 강하게 결합된 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차 서스펜션 아암.
- 제1항, 제2항, 제3항, 제4항, 제5항 또는 제6항에 있어서, 상기 상부 스탬프 부재에는 제1 웹부의 미리 정해진 위치에 제1 돌출공이 형성되어 있고, 하부 스탬프 부재에도 제2 웹부에 제2 돌출공이 형성되어 있어서, 상기 상부 및 하부 스탬프 부재를 서로 강력하게 부착하면 상기 제1 및 제2 돌출공이 스핀들 어셈블리의 볼 조인트를 수용하기에 적합하도록 일렬로 배열되는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차 서스펜션 아암.
- 제2항, 제3항, 제4항, 제5항, 제6항 또는 제7항에 있어서, 중첩된 플랜지부는 자동차 차체 연결부를 수용하기에 적합한 구조를 형성하도록 적어도 하나의 불연속 부위가 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차 서스펜션 아암.
