Claims (8)
- 2つの縦アームを連結する横梁(1)を含み、上記横梁(1)が、上記横梁(1)の上部において連結された2つの側壁(11)を有する、自動車のフレキシブルアクスルであって、
上記横梁(1)は、
1枚の金属板から作られており、
上記側壁(11)の間を縦方向に伸びる変形部分(14)を有し、
上記変形部分(14)は、
閉じた、または概ね閉じた断面を有することを特徴とする、自動車のフレキシブルアクスル。 - 上記横梁(1)は、1枚の金属板からプレス成型によって作られることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の自動車のフレキシブルアクスル。
- 2つの上記側壁(11)は、接合して閉鎖領域(13)を形成する延長部(12)をそれぞれ有し、上記延長部(12)は、上記閉鎖領域(13)から連続して伸びて上記断面を形成することを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の自動車のフレキシブルアクスル。
- 上記閉鎖領域(13)の中または、上記閉鎖領域(13)に近接して、上記延長部(12)の固定取付け手段を含むことを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の自動車のフレキシブルアクスル。
- 上記固定取付け手段は、
少なくとも1つの溶接ビード(15)からなることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の自動車のフレキシブルアクスル。 - 自動車のフレキシブルアクスルに取り付けるための横梁(1)であって、上記横梁(1)は、上記横梁(1)の上部において連結された2つの側壁(11)を有する横梁(1)であって、
上記横梁(11)は、
1枚の金属板から作られており、
上記側壁(11)の間を縦方向に伸びる変形部分(14)を有し、
上記変形部分(14)は、
閉じた、または概ね閉じた断面を有することを特徴とする、横梁。 - 2つの縦アームを連結する横梁(1)を含み、上記横梁(1)が、上記横梁(1)の上部において連結された2つの側壁(11)を有する、自動車のフレキシブルアクスルの製造方法であって、
上記横梁(1)が、上記側壁(11)の間を縦方向に伸びる変形部分(14)を有するように、1枚の金属板から、上記横梁(1)を製造する工程を含み、
上記変形部分は、
閉じた、または概ね閉じた断面を有することを特徴とする、自動車のフレキシブルアクスルの製造方法。 - 横梁(1)が2つの縦アームを連結するアクスルを含む自動車であって、上記横梁(1)は、上記横梁(1)の上部において連結された2つの側壁(11)を有する自動車であって、
上記横梁(1)は、
1枚の金属板から作られており、
