Claims (6)
- 리튬을 함유하는 양극활물질을 가지는 양극과, 리튬을 도프/탈도프하는 것이 가능한 음극활물질을 가지는 음극과, 전해질염을 함유하는 비수전해질을 갖추고,상기 음극활물질은, 평균 입자지름이 다른 복수종의 탄소질재료의 혼합물로 이루며, 상기 복수종의 탄소질재료를 입자지름이 작은 순서로 나열하였을 때, 작은 입자지름 측에서 10%째의 입자지름을 D10으로 하고, 작은 입자지름 측으로부터 50%째를 D50으로 하고, 작은 입자지름 측으로부터 90%째의 입자지름을 D90으로 했을 때에, 하기의 식 1 및 식 2에서 나타내는 관계를 만족하는 입자지름 분포를 가지고 있는 비수전해질 전지.[수학식 1]log(D50)-log(D10)0.3(D는 단위가 ㎛이며, 각각의 로그는 한계를 10으로 하는 상용로그이다.)[수학식 2]log(D90)-log(D50)0.3(D는 단위가 ㎛이며, 각각의 로그는 한계를 10으로 하는 상용로그이다.)
- 리튬을 함유하는 양극활물질을 가지는 양극과, 리튬을 도프/탈도프하는 것이 가능한 음극활물질을 가지는 음극과, 전해질염을 가지는 비수전해질을 갖추고,상기 음극활물질은, 적어도, 평균 입자지름을 20㎛이상, 40㎛이하의 범위가되는 큰 지름의 흑연과, 평균 입자지름을 5㎛이상, 16㎛이하의 범위로 되는 작은 입자지름의 흑연을 포함하는 혼합물로 이루며, 상기 작은 입자지름의 흑연의 평균 입자지름이 상기 큰 입자지름의 흑연의 평균 입자지름에 대하여 0.55배 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 비수전해질 전지.
- 제 2항에 있어서,상기 음극활물질은, 상기 큰 입자지름의 흑연을 입자지름이 작은 순서로 나열하였을 때에, 작은 입자지름 측으로부터 10%째의 입자지름을 DL10으로 하고, 작은 입자지름 측으로부터 50%째의 입자지름을 DL50으로 하고, 작은 입자지름 측으로부터 90%째의 입자지름을 DL90으로 할 때에, 하기의 식 3 및 하기 식 4에서 나타내는 관계를 만족하는 입자지름 분포를 가지며,[수학식 3]log(DL50)-log(DL10)0.22(DL은 단위가 ㎛이며, 각각의 로그는 한계를 10으로 하는 상용로그이다.)[수학식 4]log(DL90)-log(DL50)0.22(DL은 단위가 ㎛이며, 각각의 로그는 한계를 10으로 하는 상용로그이다.)상기 작은 입자지름의 흑연을 입자지름이 작은 순서로 나열하였을 때에, 작은 입자지름 측으로부터 10%째의 입자지름을 DS10으로 하고, 작은 입자지름 측으로부터 50%째의 입자지름을 DS50으로 하고, 작은 입자지름 측으로부터 90%째의 입자지름을 DS90으로 할 때에, 하기의 식 5 및 하기 식 6에서 나타내는 관계를 만족하는 입자분포를 가지고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 비수전해질 전지.[수학식 5]log(DS50)-log(DS10)0.22(DS는 단위가 ㎛이며, 각각의 로그는 한계를 10으로 하는 상용로그이다.)[수학식 6]log(DS90)-log(DS50)0.22(DS는 단위가 ㎛이며, 각각의 로그는 한계를 10으로 하는 상용로그이다.)
- 제 2항에 있어서,상기 음극활물질은, 상기 큰 입자지름의 흑연과 상기 작은 입자지름의 흑연이, 중량비로 65대 35에서 90대 10의 범위로 혼합되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 비수전해질 전지.
- 제 2항에 있어서,상기 음극활물질은, 상기 큰 입자지름의 흑연과 상기 작은 입자지름의 흑연이 구형 흑연으로 이루는 것을 특징으로 하는 비수전해질 전지.
- 제 2항에 있어서,상기 양극과, 상기 음극, 상기 비수전해질을 수납하는 외장체를 갖추고,상기 비수전해질이, 헥사플루오르프로필렌과 폴리플루오르화비니리덴을 공중합시킨 유기고분자와, 비수용매를 함유하는 겔상 전해질이며,상기 외장체가, 금속박과 폴리올레핀 필름을 래미네이트가공에 의해 첩합시킨 복합필름인 것을 특징으로 하는 비수전해질 전지.
