Claims (5)
- 불소 및 지르코늄 함유 화합물 및 구아니딘(guanidine) 화합물 및/또는 그 염으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 녹방지 처리제(rust prevention coating agent)로서, 상기 구아니딘 화합물 및/또는 그 염은 하기 화학식 1 ;[화학식 1][상기 식에서, Y는 -C(=NH)-NH-(CH2)m-,-C(=O)-NH-(CH2)m-,또는 -C(=S)-NH-(CH2)m-를 나타내고, m은 0∼20의 정수를 나타내고, n은 양의 정수를 나타내고, k는 0 또는 1을 나타내고, X는 수소,아미노기,수산기,메틸기,페닐기, 클로로페닐기 또는 메틸 페닐기(톨릴(tolyl)기)를 나타내며, Z는 수소,아미노기,수산기,메틸기,페닐기,클로로페닐기, 메틸 페닐기(톨릴기) 또는 하기 화학식 2 ;[화학식 2](상기 식에서, p는 정수를 나타낸다.)로 표시되는 하나의 중합기를 반복단위로 하는 중합체로서, 중량평균 분자량이 200∼1000O00인 중합체를 나타낸다.]로 표시되고, 중량평균 분자량이 59∼1000000인 화합물 및/또는 그 염인 것을 특징으로 하는 녹방지 처리제.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 구아니딘 화합물은 구아니딘,아미노구아니딘,구아닐티오 요소,1,3-디페닐구아니딘, 1,3-디-o-톨릴구아니딘,l-o-톨릴비구아니드, 폴리헥사메틸렌비구아니딘, 폴리헥사에틸렌비구아니딘,폴리펜타메틸렌비구아니딘,폴리펜타에틸렌비구아니딘, 폴리비닐비구아니딘, 폴리알릴비구아니딘 및 글루콘산 클로로헥시딘 (chlorohexidine gluconate)으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 적어도 1종인 것을 특징으로 하는 녹방지 처리제.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 구아니딘 화합물 및/또는 그 염은 분자중에 하기 화학식 3으로 표시되는 비구아니드(biguanide) 구조를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 녹방지 처리제.[화학식 3]
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,불소 및 지르코늄 함유 화합물을 10∼10000ppm,구아니딘 화합물을 1∼1OOOO ppm의 비율로 함유하고,유효 불소 이온이 0.l∼1000ppm이며,pH가 1∼5인 것을 특징으로 하는 녹방지 처리제.
- 녹방지 처리제에 의해 금속 표면을 처리하는 공정으로 이루어지는 알루미늄 및/또는 알루미늄 합금의 녹방지 처리방법으로서, 상기 녹방지 처리제는 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 녹방지 처리제인 것을 특징으로 하는 녹방지 처리방법.
