Claims (8)
- 카본(C) 함량이 10 내지 1,000ppm 이 되도록 하는 양의 카본화합물이 흡착되어 있는 리튬 전이금속 복합산화물을 포함하는 정극 활물질.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 리튬 전이금속 복합산화물이 LiNiO2, LiCoO2, LiMn2O4, LiFePO4, LiNixCo1-xO2(0 < x < 1) 및 LiNi1-x-yCoxMnyO2(0 < x < 1, 0 < y < 1, 0 < x+y < 1)으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 하나 이상의 산화물인 것을 특징으로 하는 정극 활물질.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 카본화합물의 비표면적은 10 m2/g ~ 5000 m2/g 인 것을 특징으로 하는 정극 활물질.
- 제1항에 따른 정극 활물질의 제조방법으로서,전이금속 화합물 1몰에 대하여 1.0몰 초과 1.2몰 이하의 리튬 화합물을 혼합하는 단계; 및상기 혼합물을 CO2:O2의 분압비가 1: 0.001 내지 1,000인 조건하에서 열처리하는 단계를 포함하는 정극 활물질의 제조방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 열처리온도는 600℃ 내지 1000℃ 인 것을 특징으로 하는 정극 활물질의 제조방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 리튬 화합물이 리튬 카보네이트, 리튬 하이드록사이드, 리튬 나이트레이트, 리튬 설페이트, 리튬 아세테이트 또는 리튬 옥사이드 인 것을 특징으로 하는 정극 활물질의 제조방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 전이금속 화합물이 전이금속 카보네이트, 전이금속 하이드록사이드, 전이금속 나이트레이트, 전이금속 설페이트, 전이금속 아세테이트 또는 전이금속 옥사이드인 것을 특징으로 하는 정극 활물질의 제조방법.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 정극 활물질을 포함하는 정극;리튬 이온의 삽입, 탈삽입이 가능한 탄소재료를 포함하는 부극;상기 정극과 상기 부극의 사이에 개재된 세퍼레이터;비수계 용매에 전해질 용질이 용해된 전해액; 및전지 내압의 상승에 의하여 구동되는 전지 내부의 전류 차단 수단을 포함하는 리튬 전지.
