Claims (10)
- 클로로프렌 100 질량부와 에틸렌성 불포화 카르복실산 0 질량부를 초과 2 질량부 미만을, 폴리비닐알콜 0.5 ~ 4 질량부의 존재하에서 중합한 후에, PH 조정제와 라디칼 포착제를 첨가하여 이루어지고, 또한 클로로프렌 중합체의 겔분 함유율이 10 ~ 60 질량% 이며, PH 가 6 ~ 10 인 폴리클로로프렌 라텍스, 점착 부여 수지 및 금속 산화물을 주성분으로 함유하는 접착제를 사용하여 다공질 유기재료와 포류 (布類) 를 접착하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 적층체.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 폴리비닐알콜의 비누화도가 75 ~ 90 몰% 인 것을 특징으로 하는 적층체.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 금속 산화물이 산화아연 또는 산화티탄인 것을 특징으로 하는 적층체.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 다공질 유기재료가 발포 에틸렌아세트산비닐 공중합체인 것을 특징으로 하는 적층체.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 에틸렌성 불포화 카르복실산이 아크릴산 또는 메타크릴산인 적층체.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 5 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 폴리클로로프렌 라텍스의 고형분 농도가 40 ~ 65 질량% 인 것을 특징으로 하는 적층체.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 6 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 라디칼 보족제가 중합 금지제 또는 산화 방지제이며, 클로로프렌 100 질량부에 대해 이 중합 금지제를 0 ~ 0.5 질량부 또는 산화 방지제를 0.1 ~ 1.5 질량부 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 적층체.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 7 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 점착 부여 수지가 테르펜페놀 수지 또는 로진산에스테르 수지이며, 폴리클로로프렌 라텍스 100 질량부에 대해 20 ~ 150 질량부 첨가되는 것을 특징으로 하는 적층체.
- 클로로프렌 100 질량부와 에틸렌성 불포화 카르복실산 0 질량부를 초과 2 질량부 미만을, 폴리비닐알콜 0.5 ~ 4 질량부의 존재하에서 중합한 후에, PH 조정제와 라디칼 포착제를 첨가하여 이루어지고, 또한 클로로프렌 중합체의 겔분 함유율이 10 ~ 60 질량% 이며, PH 가 6 ~ 10 인 폴리클로로프렌 라텍스, 점착 부여 수지 및 금속 산화물을 주성분으로 함유하는 접착제를 사용하여 다공질 유기재료와 포류를 접착하는 것을 특징으로 하는 접착 방법.
- 제 9 항에 있어서, 접착제를 다공질 유기재료측에만 도포하여 접착하는 것을 특징으로 하는 접착 방법.
