- 하기 화학식 1로 표시되는 것을 특징으로 하는 디아민 유도체.<화학식 1>식 중,R1은 탄소수 1 내지 6의 알킬기, 탄소수 3 내지 6의 시클로알킬기, 탄소수 2 내지 6의 알케닐기, 탄소수 3 내지 6의 시클로알케닐기, 탄소수 2 내지 6의 알키닐기, 치환될 수 있는 아릴알킬기, 치환될 수 있는 헤테로아릴알킬기, 치환될 수 있는 아릴기 또는 치환될 수 있는 헤테로아릴기를 나타내고,R2 및 R7은 각각 독립적으로 수소 원자, 탄소수 1 내지 6의 알킬기, 탄소수 3 내지 6의 시클로알킬기, 탄소수 2 내지 6의 알케닐기, 탄소수 3 내지 6의 시클로알케닐기, 탄소수 2 내지 6의 알키닐기, 치환될 수 있는 아릴알킬기, 치환될 수 있는 아릴기 또는 아실기를 나타내고,R3 및 R4는 각각 독립적으로 수소 원자, 탄소수 1 내지 6의 알킬기, 탄소수 3 내지 6의 시클로알킬기, 탄소수 2 내지 6의 알케닐기, 탄소수 3 내지 6의 시클로알케닐기, 탄소수 2 내지 6의 알키닐기, 치환될 수 있는 아릴알킬기, 치환될 수 있는 헤테로아릴알킬기, 치환될 수 있는 아릴기 또는 치환될 수 있는 헤테로아릴기를나타내거나, 또는 결합되어 있는 탄소 원자를 포함하는 탄소수 3 내지 6의 시클로알킬기를 나타내고,R5 및 R6은 각각 독립적으로 수소 원자, 탄소수 1 내지 6의 알킬기, 탄소수 3 내지 6의 시클로알킬기, 탄소수 2 내지 6의 알케닐기, 탄소수 3 내지 6의 시클로알케닐기, 탄소수 2 내지 6의 알키닐기, 치환될 수 있는 아릴알킬기 또는 치환될 수 있는 아릴기를 나타내고,R8은 치환될 수 있는 아릴기 또는 치환될 수 있는 헤테로아릴기를 나타내되,단 R3, R4, R5 및 R6이 모두 수소 원자이거나 또는 R3, R4, R5 및 R6 중 어느 하나가 치환될 수 있는 메틸기이고, 나머지가 수소 원자인 경우는 제외한다.
- 제1항에 있어서, R1이 탄소수 1 내지 6의 알킬기, 탄소수 3 내지 6의 시클로알킬기, 탄소수 2 내지 6의 알케닐기, 치환될 수 있는 아릴알킬기, 치환될 수 있는 헤테로아릴알킬기, 치환될 수 있는 아릴기 또는 치환될 수 있는 헤테로아릴기를 나타내고,R2 및 R7이 각각 독립적으로 수소 원자, 탄소수 1 내지 6의 알킬기, 탄소수 3 내지 6의 시클로알킬기, 치환될 수 있는 아릴알킬기, 치환될 수 있는 아릴기 또는 아실기를 나타내고,R3 및 R4가 각각 독립적으로 수소 원자, 탄소수 1 내지 6의 알킬기, 탄소수 3 내지 6의 시클로알킬기, 탄소수 2 내지 6의 알케닐기, 치환될 수 있는 아릴알킬기, 치환될 수 있는 헤테로아릴알킬기, 치환될 수 있는 아릴기 또는 치환될 수 있는 헤테로아릴기를 나타내거나, 또는 결합되어 있는 탄소 원자를 포함하는 탄소수 3 내지 6의 시클로알킬기를 나타내고,R5 및 R6이 각각 독립적으로 수소 원자, 탄소수 1 내지 6의 알킬기, 탄소수 3 내지 6의 시클로알킬기, 치환될 수 있는 아릴알킬기 또는 치환될 수 있는 아릴기이되,단 R3, R4, R5 및 R6이 모두 수소 원자이거나, 또는 R3, R4, R5 및 R6 중 어느 하나가 치환될 수 있는 메틸기이고, 나머지가 수소 원자인 경우는 제외하는 디아민 유도체.
- 제2항에 있어서, R2 및 R7이 각각 독립적으로 수소 원자, 탄소수 1 내지 6의 알킬기 또는 아실기를 나타내고,R3 및 R4가 각각 독립적으로 수소 원자, 탄소수 1 내지 6의 알킬기, 탄소수 3 내지 6의 시클로알킬기, 치환될 수 있는 아릴알킬기 또는 치환될 수 있는 아릴기를 나타내거나, 또는 결합되어 있는 탄소 원자를 포함하는 탄소수 3 내지 6의 시클로알킬기를 나타내고,R5 및 R6이 각각 독립적으로 수소 원자, 탄소수 1 내지 6의 알킬기, 치환될 수 있는 아릴알킬기 또는 치환될 수 있는 아릴기이되,단 R3, R4, R5 및 R6이 모두 수소 원자이거나, 또는 R3, R4, R5 및 R6 중 어느 하나가 치환될 수 있는 메틸기이고, 나머지가 수소 원자인 경우는 제외하는 디아민 유도체.
- 제3항에 있어서, R2 및 R7이 수소 원자인 디아민 유도체.
- 하기 화학식 9로 표시되는 것을 특징으로 하는 디아민 유도체.<화학식 9>식 중,R9는 탄소수 1 내지 6의 알킬기, 탄소수 3 내지 6의 시클로알킬기, 탄소수 2 내지 6의 알케닐기, 탄소수 3 내지 6의 시클로알케닐기, 탄소수 2 내지 6의 알키닐기, 치환될 수 있는 아릴알킬기, 치환될 수 있는 헤테로아릴알킬기, 페닐기, 4위치가 치환되어 있는 페닐기 또는 치환될 수 있는 헤테로아릴기를 나타내고,R10 및 R15는 각각 독립적으로 수소 원자, 탄소수 1 내지 6의 알킬기, 탄소수 3 내지 6의 시클로알킬기, 탄소수 2 내지 6의 알케닐기, 탄소수 3 내지 6의 시클로알케닐기, 탄소수 2 내지 6의 알키닐기, 치환될 수 있는 아릴알킬기, 치환될 수 있는 아릴기 또는 아실기를 나타내고,R11 및 R12 중 하나가 메틸기이고, 나머지가 수소 원자를 나타내며, R13 및 R14는 각각 수소 원자를 나타내고, R16은 페닐기, 4위치가 치환되어 있는 페닐기 또는 치환될 수 있는 헤테로아릴기이다.
- 제5항에 있어서, R9가 탄소수 1 내지 6의 알킬기, 탄소수 3 내지 6의 시클로알킬기, 탄소수 2 내지 6의 알케닐기, 치환될 수 있는 아릴알킬기, 치환될 수 있는 헤테로아릴알킬기, 페닐기, 4위치가 치환되어 있는 페닐기 또는 치환될 수 있는 헤테로아릴기를 나타내고,R10 및 R15가 각각 독립적으로 수소 원자, 탄소수 1 내지 6의 알킬기, 탄소수 3 내지 6의 시클로알킬기, 치환될 수 있는 아릴알킬기, 치환될 수 있는 아릴기 또는 아실기인 디아민 유도체.
- 제6항에 있어서, R10 및 R15가 각각 독립적으로 수소 원자, 탄소수 1 내지 6의 알킬기 또는 아실기인 디아민 유도체.
- 제7항에 있어서, R10 및 R15가 수소 원자인 디아민 유도체.
- 제1항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 디아민 유도체를 유효 성분으로서 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 살균제.
- 하기 화학식 2로 표시되는 화합물을 하기 화학식 3으로 표시되는 화합물과 반응시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 제1항에 기재된 디아민 유도체의 제조 방법.<화학식 2><화학식 3>식 중, R1, R2, R3, R4, R5, R6, R7 및 R8은 제1항에 기재된 것과 동일한 의미를 나타내며, X는 이탈기를 나타낸다.

- 하기 화학식 10으로 표시되는 화합물을 하기 화학식 11로 표시되는 화합물과 반응시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 제5항에 기재된 디아민 유도체의 제조 방법.<화학식 10><화학식 11>식 중, R9, R10, R11, R12, R13, R14, R15 및 R16은 제5항에 기재된 것과 동일한 의미를 나타내며, X는 이탈기를 나타낸다.
- 화학식 10으로 표시되는 화합물을 하기 화학식 12로 표시되는 화합물과 축합시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 제5항에 기재된 디아민 유도체의 제조 방법.<화학식 12>식 중, R16은 제5항에 기재된 것과 동일한 의미를 나타낸다.
