- Sn, Zr, Ca, Sr, Pb, La, Ce, Mg, Bi, Ni, Al, Si, Zn, B, Nb, W, Mn, Fe, Cu, 및 Dy로 이루어지는 군에서 선택된 적어도 한 종류의 원소를 BaTiO3에 대해 5 mol% 미만 (0 mo1%를 포함한다) 포함하는 티탄산 바륨이며, BET 비표면적 x (단위: m2/g)와, 리트벨트법에 의해 산출한 결정격자의 c축 길이 (단위:nm)와 a축 길이 (단위:nm)의 비 y가, 하기 일반식을 충족하는 티탄산 바륨.y = c축 길이 / a축 길이y ≥1.Ol1 - 8.8 X 1O-6X x3(단, 약 O.l < x ≤9.7)y ≥1.003 (단, x > 9.7)
- 제 1항에 있어서, 티탄산 바륨이 분체인 티탄산 바륨.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서, 염기성 화합물이 존재하는 알칼리성 용액중에서, 산화티탄 졸과 바륨 화합물을 반응시키는 티탄산 바륨의 제조방법에 있어서, 반응액 중의 탄산기의 CO2환산 농도 5OO 질량ppm 이하에서 반응시키는 공정과, 반응 후, 염기성 화합물을 기체로서 제거하는 공정과, 소성하는 공정을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 티탄산 바륨의 제조 방법.

- 제 3항 내지 제 5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 염기성 화합물이, 소성온도 이하에서, 또한, 대기압하 또는 감압하에서, 증발, 승화, 및/또는 열분해에 의해 기체가 되는 물질인 티탄산 바륨의 제조 방법.
- 제 6항에 있어서, 염기성 화합물이 유기염기인 티탄산 바륨의 제조 방법.
- 제 3항 내지 제 7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 알칼리성 용액이 pH 11 이상인 티탄산 바륨의 제조 방법.
- 제 3항 내지 제 8항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 염기성 화합물을 기체로서 제거하는 공정이, 실온 ~ 소성온도의 온도 범위에서, 대기압하 또는 감압하에서 행해지는 티탄산 바륨의 제조 방법.
- 제 3항 내지 제 8항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 염기성 화합물을 기체로서 제거하는 공정이 소성공정에 포함되는 티탄산 바륨의 제조 방법.
- 제 3항 내지 제 10항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 소성공정이 300 ~ 12000℃에서 행해지는 티탄산 바륨의 제조방법.
- 제 3항 내지 제 11항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 산화티탄 졸과 바륨 화합물과의 반응계에, Sn, Zr, Ca, Sr, Pb, La, Ce, Mg, Bi, Ni, Al, Si, Zn, B, Nb, W, Mn, Fe, Cu, 및 Dy로 이루어지는 군에서 선택된 적어도 한 종류의 원소와의 화합물이 존재하는 티탄산 바륨의 제조방법.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 기재한 티탄산 바륨을 사용한 유전체 자기.
- 제 13항에 기재한 유전체 자기를 사용한 콘덴서.
