Claims (3)
- 전체 중량을 약 50메쉬 이상의 입자크기를 갖는 소금 분말 50 내지 90중량%, 약 100메쉬 이상의 입자크기를 갖는 삼백초 분말 45 내지 5중량% 및 어성초 분말 5 내지 45중량%를 혼합한 것을 특징으로 하는 삼백초와 어성초 성분이 코팅된 소금.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 소금은 천일염, 토반염 및 그들의 혼합염 중에서 선택한 것 중의 어느 하나인 것을 특징으로 하는 삼백초와 어성초 성분이 코팅된 소금.
- 천일염 또는 토반염의 불순물을 제거하기 위해 세척하는 단계;상기 세척한 천일염을 약 800℃ 이상의 온도로 가열하여 볶는 단계;상기 볶은 소금을 50메쉬 이상으로 분쇄하여 소금 분말을 형성하는 단계;상기 삼백초와 어성초를 볶은 후에 약 100메쉬 이상의 분말로 형성하는 단계 및상기 소금 분말에 삼백초와 어성초 분말을 혼합하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 삼백초와 어성초 성분이 코팅된 소금의 제조방법.
