Claims (14)
- 적어도 하나의 단단한 창유리(rigid pane)와, 에지(edge)로부터 상이한 거리에 있는 열선 윈도우(heated window)의 하나의 에지에 가까이 실질적으로 평행하게 위치한 상이한 극으로 된 적어도 2개의 전류 모선(current busbar)과, 전기적으로 연결된 선형 가열 저항으로 구성되는 열선 윈도우로서,상기 모선은 상기 가열 저항의 측면에 위치하고, 상기 가열 저항(2)은 제 1 전류 모선(4)에서 시작하여, 윈도우 표면 방향으로 다른 전류 모선(3) 위를 통과하는 한편, 상기 전류 모선(3)으로부터 절연되고, 적어도 하나의 루프에서 상기 다른 전류 모선(3)쪽으로 되돌아가고, 상기 전류 모선(3)에 전기적 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 열선 윈도우.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 가열 저항(2)은 하나 이상의 루프를 형성한 후에 상기 다른 전류 모선(3)쪽으로 되돌아가고, 상기 전류 모선(3)에 전기적 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 열선 윈도우.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서, 상기 단단한 창유리는 유리로 된 창유리이고, 상기 가열 저항(2)은 구워진(baked) 전도성 세라믹 매트릭스로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 열선 윈도우.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서, 중간층(13)에 의해 접착성 부착함으로써 서로 조립된 적어도 2개의 단단한 창유리(11, 12)로부터 형성된 접합 윈도우(1)로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 열선 윈도우.
- 제 4항에 있어서, 상기 가열 저항(2)은 상기 중간층(13)에 삽입되고, 상기 전류 모선(3, 4)은 금속 막의 스트립인 것을 특징으로 하는, 열선 윈도우.
- 제 5항에 있어서, 적어도 하나의 금속 막 스트립(3)은 절연 덮개(33)로 둘러싸이는데, 상기 절연 덮개(33)는 가열 저항(2)과의 전기적 연결 영역에서만 단절되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 열선 윈도우.
- 제 5항 또는 제 6항에 있어서, 상기 가열 저항(2)은 텅스텐 배선으로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 열선 윈도우.
- 제 5항 또는 제 6항에 있어서, 상기 가열 저항(2)은 구리 배선, 특히 검은색으로 래커 칠한(black-lacquered) 구리 배선으로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 열선 윈도우.
- 제 5항 또는 제 6항에 있어서, 상기 가열 저항(2)은 수 개의 전도 물질, 특히 제 1 기계적으로 강한 금속, 및 더 높은 전기 전도성 및 우수한 납땜성을 갖는제 2 금속으로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 열선 윈도우.
- 제 5항 내지 제 9항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 가열 저항(2)은 물결 형태(wavy)의 배치로 상기 중간층(13)에 삽입되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 열선 윈도우.
- 제 5항 내지 제 9항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 가열 저항(2)은 물결 형태가 아닌 직선 배치로 상기 중간층(13)에 삽입되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 열선 윈도우.
- 제 5항 내지 제 11항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 창유리(11, 12) 중 적어도 하나는 유리로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는, 열선 윈도우.
- 제 5항 내지 제 12항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 중간층(13)은 열가소성 폴리머, 특히 폴리비닐 부티럴(polyvinyl butyrral)인 것을 특징으로 하는, 열선 윈도우.
- 제 1항 내지 제 13항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 열선 윈도우(1)는 개방될 수 있는 차량용 측면 윈도우이고,상기 전류 모선(3, 4)은 숨겨진 위치(masked position)로 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 열선 윈도우.
