Claims (8)
- 용융로로부터 배출된 유리연화물을 띠형상으로 흘러 내리게 해서, 그의 흐름중에 경화시켜 판유리로 가공하는 판유리제조장치에 사용되어, 상기 띠형상의 유리연화물을 핀칭해서 공급하거나, 혹은 상기 판유리를 핀칭해서 안내하기 위한 롤러에 있어서,상기 띠형상의 유리연화물 혹은 판유리의 전체 폭보다도 긴 샤프트와,상기 샤프트상에 배치되어 내열재료로 이루어진 2개의 핀칭부를 지니고,상기 각 핀칭부는, 상기 띠형상의 유리연화물 혹은 판유리의 각각의 측단부를 핀칭하기 위한 위치에 위치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 롤러.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 각 핀칭부가, 내열재료로 이루어진 디스크를 복수매 서로 적층해서 이루어져 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 롤러.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 각 핀칭부가 내열재료로 이루어진 성형체인 것을 특징으로 하는 롤러.
- 용융로로부터 배출된 유리연화물을 띠형상으로 흘러 내리게 해서, 그의 흐름중에 경화시켜 판유리로 가공하는 판유리제조장치에 사용되어, 상기 띠형상의 유리연화물을 핀칭해서 공급하거나, 혹은 상기 판유리를 핀칭해서 안내하기 위한 롤러에 있어서,각각 짧은 샤프트와, 해당 짧은 샤프트의 일단부측에 배치되어 내열재료로 이루어진 핀칭부를 지닌 1쌍의 롤러편을 포함하고,상기 1쌍의 롤러편은, 해당 롤러편의 상기 핀칭부가 상기 띠형상의 유리연화물 또는 판유리의 각각의 측단부를 핀칭하도록 위치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 롤러.
- 제 4항에 있어서, 상기 각 핀칭부가, 내열재료로 이루어진 디스크를 복수매 서로 적층해서 이루어져 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 롤러.
- 제 4항에 있어서, 상기 각 핀칭부가 내열재료로 이루어진 성형체인 것을 특징으로 하는 롤러.
- 용융로로부터 배출된 유리연화물을 띠형상으로 흘러 내리게 해서, 그의 흐름중에 경화시켜 판유리로 가공하고, 해당 유리연화물 혹은 판유리를 롤러에 의해 장치내로 공급 혹은 안내하는 판유리제조장치에 있어서,상기 롤러는, 상기 띠형상의 유리연화물 혹은 판유리의 전체 폭보다도 긴 샤프트와, 상기 샤프트상에 배치되어 내열재료로 이루어진 동시에 상기 띠형상의 유리연화물 혹은 판유리의 각각의 측단부를 핀칭하는 위치에 위치되어 있는 2개의 핀칭부를 지닌 것을 특징으로 하는 판유리제조장치.
- 용융로로부터 배출된 유리연화물을 띠형상으로 흘러 내리게 해서, 그의 흐름중에 경화시켜 판유리로 가공하고, 해당 유리연화물 혹은 판유리를 롤러에 의해 장치내로 공급 혹은 안내하는 판유리제조장치에 있어서,상기 롤러는, 각각 짧은 샤프트와, 상기 짧은 샤프트의 일단부측상에 배치되어 내열재료로 이루어진 핀칭부를 지닌 1쌍의 롤러편을 구비하고,상기 1쌍의 롤러편은, 해당 롤러편의 상기 핀칭부가 상기 띠형상의 유리연화물 또는 판유리의 각각의 측단부를 핀칭하도록 위치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 판유리제조장치.
