Claims (10)
- 유리섬유 권회체의 내측으로부터 유리섬유 스트랜드를 인출하여 이 유리섬유 스트랜드를 수지 함침다이로 투입하는 단계;수지 함침다이내에, 용융된 열가소성 수지를 공급하여 유리섬유 스트랜드를 열가소성 수지로 함침하는 단계;열가소성 수지로 함침한 유리섬유 스트랜드를 수지 함침다이로부터 인출한 다음 열가소성 수지를 냉각하고 고체화하여 선형 성형제품을 얻는 단계; 및성형제품을 소정의 길이로 절단하는 단계를 포함하며,상기 유리 섬유로는, 6 내지 25㎛인 지름을 갖는 모노필라멘트를 집속한 다음 이 집속한 모노필라멘트를 18 내지 50cm인 내경이 되도록 권취하여 얻은 각각의 권회체로부터 인출한 유리섬유 스트랜드를 이용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유리섬유 보강 열가소성 수지 펠릿의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 각각의 권회체는 스파이럴 와이어에 의해 스트랜드를 횡단이동시키면서 유리섬유 스트랜드를 드럼형상으로 권취하여 얻는 것을 특징으로 하는 유리섬유 보강 열가소성 수지 펠릿의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 각각의 권회체의 권취 폭은, 10 내지 60cm인 것을 특징으로 하는 유리섬유 보강 열가소성 수지 펠릿의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,하나의 유리섬유 스트랜드 당 집속된 모노필라멘트의 개수는, 최대 1200 개인 것을 특징으로 하는 유리섬유 보강 열가소성 수지 펠릿의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,하나의 유리섬유 스트랜드 당 번수 (TEX: g/1000m) 는, 150 내지 500 인 것을 특징으로 하는 유리섬유 보강 열가소성 수지 펠릿의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,펠릿내의 유리섬유 함유량은 30 내지 85 질량%인 것을 특징으로 하는 유리섬유 보강 열가소성 수지 펠릿의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,펠릿내에 함유된 유리섬유 스트랜드의 개수는, 3 내지 35 개인 것을 특징으로 하는 유리섬유 보강 열가소성 수지 펠릿의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,각각의 권회체로부터 인출되는 유리섬유 스트랜드의 꼬임 계수 (TM) 는,을 만족하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유리섬유 보강 열가소성 수지 펠릿의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 유리섬유는 펠릿의 전체 길이방향에 걸쳐 실질적으로 연속이고 서로 거의 평행하게 정렬되는 것을 특징으로 하는 유리섬유 보강 열가소성 수지 펠릿의 제조방법.
- 권회체로부터 인출되는 유리섬유 스트랜드의 꼬임 계수 (TM) 가,을 만족하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유리섬유 보강 열가소성 수지 펠릿의 권회체.
