Claims (24)
- 픽셀을 포함하는 디스플레이 장치에 있어서,복수의 전류원 회로들과;복수의 스위치부들을 구비하고,복수의 일정한 제어 전류들이 상기 복수의 전류원 회로들에 각각 공급되고, 상기 전류원 회로들은 일정한 제어 전류들에 대응하는 출력 일정 전류들을 각각 발생하며,상기 스위치부들의 각각은 디지탈 비디오 신호에 의해 발광 소자로의 상기 복수의 전류원 회로들의 각각으로부터 출력 전류의 입력을 선택하는, 디스플레이 장치.
- 디스플레이 장치에 있어서,적어도 하나의 발광 소자와;제 1 스위치를 통해 상기 발광 소자에 접속된 제 1 전류원 회로와;제 2 스위치를 통해 상기 발광 소자에 접속된 제 2 전류원 회로와;전원 라인을 구비하고,상기 제 1 및 제 2 전류원 회로들은 상기 발광 소자와 상기 전원 라인 사이에 접속되고,제 1 제어 신호가 상기 제 1 전류원 회로에 입력되고, 제 2 제어 신호가 상기 제 2 전류원 회로에 입력되며,제 1 비디오 신호가 상기 제 1 스위치에 입력되고, 제 2 비디오 신호가 상기 제 2 스위치에 입력되는, 디스플레이 장치.
- 픽셀을 포함하는 디스플레이 장치에 있어서,복수의 전류원 회로들과;복수의 스위치부들을 구비하고,복수의 일정한 제어 전류들이 상기 복수의 전류원 회로들에 각각 공급되고,상기 전류원 회로들은 상기 일정한 제어 전류들에 대응하는 출력 일정 전류들을 각각 발생하며,상기 스위치부들의 각각은 디지탈 비디오 신호에 의해 발광 소자로의 상기 복수의 전류원 회로들의 각각으로부터 출력 전류의 입력을 선택하고,상기 복수의 전류원 회로들의 각각은,트랜지스터와;상기 제어 전류를 상기 트랜지스터의 드레인 전류로서 선택적으로 입력하는 제 1 수단과;상기 트랜지스터의 게이트 전압을 유지하는 제 2 수단과;상기 트랜지스터의 게이트와 드레인의 접속을 선택하는 제 3 수단과;상기 출력 전류를 상기 유지된 게이트 전압에 대응하는 상기 트랜지스터의 드레인 전류로 설정하는 제 4 수단을 구비하는, 디스플레이 장치.
- 디스플레이 장치에 있어서,적어도 하나의 발광 소자와;제 1 스위치를 통해 상기 발광 소자에 접속된 제 1 전류원 회로와;제 2 스위치를 통해 상기 발광 소자에 접속된 제 2 전류원 회로와;전원 라인을 구비하고,상기 제 1 및 제 2 전류원 회로들은 상기 발광 소자와 상기 전원 라인 사이에 병렬로 접속되며,상기 제 1 및 제 2 전류원 회로들의 각각은,제 1 단자 및 제 2 단자와;상기 제 1 단자와 제 2 단자 사이에 직렬로 연결된 제 1 트랜지스터 및 제 2 트랜지스터로서, 상기 제 1 트랜지스터는 소스 영역과 드레인 영역을 구비하고, 상기 소스 영역과 드레인 영역 중의 제 1 영역은 상기 제 1 단자에 접속되고, 상기 소스 영역과 드레인 영역 중의 제 2 영역은 상기 제 2 트랜지스터에 접속된, 상기 제 1 트랜지스터 및 제 2 트랜지스터와;상기 전원 라인과, 상기 제 1 트랜지스터의 상기 소스 영역과 드레인 영역 중의 제 2 영역 사이에 접속된 제 3 트랜지스터와;상기 제 1 트랜지스터의 게이트와, 상기 제 1 트랜지스터의 상기 소스 영역과 드레인 영역 중의 제 2 영역 사이에 접속된 제 4 트랜지스터와;상기 제 1 트랜지스터의 게이트와, 상기 제 1 트랜지스터의 상기 소스 영역과 드레인 영역 중의 제 1 영역 사이에 접속된 커패시터를 구비하는, 디스플레이 장치.
- 픽셀을 포함하는 디스플레이 장치에 있어서,복수의 전류원 회로들과;복수의 스위치부들을 구비하고,복수의 일정한 제어 전류들이 상기 복수의 전류원 회로들에 각각 공급되고,상기 전류원 회로들은 상기 일정한 제어 전류들에 대응하는 출력 일정 전류들을 각각 발생하며,상기 스위치부들의 각각은 디지탈 비디오 신호에 의해 발광 소자로의 상기 복수의 전류원 회로들의 각각으로부터 출력 전류의 입력을 선택하고,상기 복수의 전류원 회로들 중의 하나는,제 1 트랜지스터와;상기 제어 전류를 상기 제 1 트랜지스터의 드레인 전류로서 선택적으로 입력하는 제 1 수단과;상기 제 1 트랜지스터의 게이트 전압을 유지하는 제 2 수단과;상기 제 1 트랜지스터의 게이트와 드레인의 접속을 선택하는 제 3 수단과;상기 출력 전류를 유지된 게이트 전압에 대응하는 상기 제 1 트랜지스터의 드레인 전류로 설정하는 제 4 수단을 구비하며,상기 복수의 전류원 회로들 중의 다른 하나는,제 2 트랜지스터 및 제 3 트랜지스터와;상기 제어 전류를 상기 제 2 트랜지스터의 드레인 전류로서 선택적으로 입력하는 제 5 수단과;상기 제 2 트랜지스터의 게이트 전압을 유지하는 제 6 수단과;상기 제 2 트랜지스터의 게이트와 드레인의 접속을 선택하는 제 7 수단을 구비하며,상기 출력 전류는 게이트 전압이 상기 제 2 트랜지스터의 상기 유지된 게이트 전압인 상기 제 3 트랜지스터의 드레인 전류로서 흐르는, 디스플레이 장치.
- 픽셀을 포함하는 디스플레이 장치에 있어서,복수의 전류원 회로들과;복수의 스위치부들을 구비하고,복수의 일정한 제어 전류들이 상기 복수의 전류원 회로들에 각각 공급되고,상기 전류원 회로들은 상기 일정한 제어 전류들에 대응하는 출력 일정 전류들을 각각 발생하며,상기 스위치부들의 각각은 디지탈 비디오 신호에 의해 발광 소자로의 상기 복수의 전류원 회로들의 각각으로부터 출력 전류의 입력을 선택하고,상기 복수의 전류원 회로들 중의 하나는,제 1 트랜지스터와;상기 제어 전류를 상기 제 1 트랜지스터의 드레인 전류로서 선택적으로 입력하는 제 1 수단과;상기 제 1 트랜지스터의 게이트 전압을 유지하는 제 2 수단과;상기 제 1 트랜지스터의 게이트와 드레인의 접속을 선택하는 제 3 수단과;상기 출력 전류를 상기 유지된 게이트 전압에 대응하는 상기 제 1 트랜지스터의 드레인 전류로 설정하는 제 4 수단을 구비하며,상기 복수의 전류원 회로들 중의 다른 하나는,제 2 트랜지스터 및 상기 제 2 트랜지스터에 직렬 접속된 제 3 트랜지스터와;상기 제어 전류를 상기 제 2 트랜지스터의 드레인 전류로서 선택적으로 입력하는 제 5 수단과;상기 제 2 트랜지스터의 게이트 전압을 유지하는 제 6 수단과;상기 제 2 트랜지스터의 게이트와 드레인의 접속을 선택하는 제 7 수단을 구비하며,상기 출력 전류는 게이트 전압이 상기 제 2 트랜지스터의 상기 유지된 게이트 전압의 부분인 상기 제 3 트랜지스터의 드레인 전류로서 흐르는, 디스플레이 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 복수의 전류원 회로들의 출력 전류들의 전류값들은 서로 다르도록 설정된, 디스플레이 장치.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 제 1 및 제 2 전류원 회로들의 출력 전류들의 전류값들은 서로 다르도록 설정된, 디스플레이 장치.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 복수의 전류원 회로들의 출력 전류들의 전류값들은 서로 다르도록 설정된, 디스플레이 장치.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 상기 제 1 및 제 2 전류원 회로들의 출력 전류들의 전류값들은 서로 다르도록 설정된, 디스플레이 장치.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, 상기 복수의 전류원 회로들의 출력 전류들의 전류값들은 서로 다르도록 설정된, 디스플레이 장치.
- 제 6 항에 있어서, 상기 복수의 전류원 회로들의 출력 전류들의 전류값들은 서로 다르도록 설정된, 디스플레이 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 복수의 전류원 회로들에 입력되는 제어 전류들의 전류값은 서로 다르도록 설정된, 디스플레이 장치.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 제 1 및 제 2 전류원 회로들에 입력되는 제어 신호들은 서로 다르도록 설정된, 디스플레이 장치.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 복수의 전류원 회로들에 입력되는 제어 전류들의 전류값들은 서로 다르도록 설정된, 디스플레이 장치.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 상기 제 1 및 제 2 전류원 회로들에 입력되는 제어 신호들은 서로 다르도록 설정된, 디스플레이 장치.

- 발광 소자, 복수의 전류원 회로들 및 복수의 스위치부들을 구비한 디스플레이 장치의 구동 방법에 있어서,일정한 제어 전류를 상기 복수의 전류원 회로들의 각각에 공급하는 제 1 동작과;제 2 동작으로서, 상기 복수의 전류원 회로들의 각각은 출력 전류를 상기 제어 전류에 대응하는 일정 전류로 설정하고, 상기 복수의 스위치부들의 각각은 디지탈 비디오 신호에 의해 상기 발광 소자로의 상기 복수의 전류원 회로들의 각각으로부터 출력 전류의 입력을 선택하는, 상기 제 2 동작을 포함하는, 디스플레이 장치의 구동 방법.
- 제 19 항에 있어서, 상기 제 1 동작과 상기 제 2 동작은 동시에 실행되는, 디스플레이 장치의 구동 방법.
- 제 19 항에 있어서, 상기 제 1 동작은 상기 제 2 동작이 실행되지 않을 때 실행되는, 디스플레이 장치의 구동 방법.
- 제 19 항에 있어서, 입력될 상기 제어 전류의 전류값이 상기 복수의 전류원 회로들의 각각에서의 출력 전류의 전류값과 동일한, 디스플레이 장치의 구동 방법.
- 제 19 항에 있어서, 상기 각각의 전류원 회로들의 출력 전류들의 전류값들은 서로 다르도록 설정된, 디스플레이 장치의 구동 방법.
