Claims (19)
- 제1의 동시압출된 다중층 부분과 제2의 동시압출된 다중층 부분을 갖고 있으며, 이 제1 부분과 제2 부분은 실질적으로 동일한 것으로서 대향하여 접합되어 있는 미세다공성 필름을 포함하는 전지 격리판.
- 제1항에 있어서, 필름이 튜브형 필름을 자체적으로 붕괴시켜 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전지 격리판.
- 제1항에 있어서, 동시압출된 다중층 부분이 추가로 적어도 하나의 보강 층과 적어도 하나의 차단 층을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전지 격리판.
- 제1항에 있어서, 제1 부분의 일축 배향이 제2 부분의 일축 배향에 대해 일정 각을 이루고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전지 격리판.
- 제1항에 있어서, 필름이 추가로 4층을 포함하며, 제1 층과 제4층이 주로 폴리프로필렌으로 이루어지고, 제2 층과 제3층이 함께 접합되며 주로 폴리에틸렌으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 전지 격리판.
- 제1항에 있어서, 필름이 추가로 6층을 포함하며, 제2층과 제5층이 주로 폴리에틸렌으로 이루어지고, 제1층, 제3층, 제4층과 제6층이 주로 폴리프로필렌으로 이루어지며, 제3층과 제4층이 함께 접합되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전지 격리판.
- 제1항에 있어서, 필름이 약 0.5 mil 내지 약 1.5 mil의 두께를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 전지 격리판.
- 제1항에 있어서, 필름이 박리 강도가 약 5 g/in.(2.54㎝) 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 전지 격리판.
- 제1항에 있어서, 전지 격리판이 두께가 약 0.5 mil 내지 약 1.5 mil 이고, 천공 강도가 약 500 g 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 전지 격리판.
- 제3항에 있어서, 각 다중층 부분이 하나의 보강 층과 하나의 차단 층을 가지며, 이 다중층 부분들은 각 부분의 일축 배향이 다른 부분에 대해 일정 각을 이룬 상태로 함께 접합되어 있으며, 필름에는 함께 접합된 2개의 차단 층을 사이에 두고 2개의 보강 층이 적층되어 있으며, 필름의 두께는 약 0.5 mil 내지 약 1.5 mil 이고, 천공 강도는 약 500 g 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 전지 격리판.
- 제3항에 있어서, 각 다중층 부분에는 하나의 차단층과 보강 층 및 차단 층을 사이에 두고 2개의 보강 층이 적층되어 있으며, 2개의 다중층 부분은 각 부분의일축 배향이 다른 부분에 대해 일정 각도를 이룬 상태로 함께 접합되어 있으며, 필름은 6층 구조로서 제1층, 제3층, 제4층 및 제6층은 보강 층이고 제2층과 제5층은 차단 층이며, 필름의 두께가 약 0.5 mil 내지 약 1.5 mil 이고, 천공 강도가 약 500 g 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 전지 격리판.
- 튜브형 다중층 필름을 압출시키는 단계;튜브형 다중층 필름을 자체적으로 붕괴시켜 다중층 필름이 2겹인 다중층 전지 격리판 전구체를 형성시키는 단계;상기 전구체를 접합 및 어닐링시키는 단계; 및이와 같이 접합 및 어닐링된 전구체를 연신시켜 미세다공성의 다중층 전지 격리판을 제조하는 단계를 포함하여, 다중층 전지 격리판을 제조하는 방법.
- 제12항에 있어서, 전구체가 열압축 접합에 의해 접합되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 다중층 전지 격리판을 제조하는 방법.
- 제12항에 있어서, 다중층 튜브형 필름이 차단층과 보강 층을 포함하는 2층으로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 다중층 전지 격리판을 제조하는 방법.
- 제14항에 있어서, 보강 층이 주로 폴리프로필렌으로 이루어지고, 차단층이 주로 폴리에틸렌으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는, 다중층 전지 격리판을 제조하는 방법.
- 제12항에 있어서, 다중층 튜브형 필름이 하나의 차단층을 사이에 두고 2개의 보강 층을 적층시킨 3층으로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 다중층 전지 격리판을 제조하는 방법.
- 제16항에 있어서, 보강 층이 주로 폴리프로필렌으로 이루어지고, 차단층이 주로 폴리에틸렌으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는, 다중층 전지 격리판을 제조하는 방법.
- 제1의 다중층 평면 시이트를 동시압출시키는 단계;제2의 다중층 평면 시이트를 동시압출시키는 단계;상기 제1의 평면 시이트와 제2의 평면 시이트를 적층시켜 전지 격리판 전구체를 형성시키는 단계;상기 전구체를 접합 및 어닐링시키는 단계; 및이와 같이 접합 및 어닐링된 전구체를 연신시켜 다중층 전지 격리판을 형성시키는 단계를 포함하여, 다중층 전지 격리판을 제조하는 방법.
- 제18항에 있어서, 전구체로부터 추출성 물질을 추출시키는 단계를 추가로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 다중층 전지 격리판을 제조하는 방법.
