Abstract
Description
Claims (5)
- 적어도 2종 이상의 내경을 갖는 관형상체로서, 내표면의 표면거칠기의 최대고저차(Rf)가 3㎛이하이고, 최소내경이 2mm이하이고, 최대내경이 5mm이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 금속제의 관형상체.
- 금속제의 박판으로부터 관형상체의 전개형상을 한 판상체를, 상기 금속제의 박판과 상기 판상체가 부분적으로 접합유지되도록 인발하는 단계,상기 판상체를 적어도 2종 이상의 내경을 갖는 관형상체로 프레스가공하는 단계,상기 금속제의 박판에 부분 접합된 상기 판상체를 절단하여 적어도 2종 이상의 내경을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 금속제의 관형상체 제조방법.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 판상체를, 적어도 2종 이상의 내경을 갖는 관형상체로 프레스 가공한 후, 상기 관의 이음매 부분에서 용접하여 적어도 2종 이상의 내경을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 금속제의 관형상체 제조방법.
- 제2항 또는 제3항에 있어서,상기 프레스 가공단계에서, 프레스 가공으로 얻어지는 관형상체의 선단부 또는 기단부에 상당하는 상기 판상체의 부분을 상기 금속제 박판의 평면의 상방 또는 하방으로 이동시켜, 프레스가공과정에서 도중의 판상체의 중심축이 상기 금속제 박판의 평면에 대하여 평행이 되도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 금속제의 관형상체 제조방법.
- 제2항에 기재된 방법으로 제조되는 금속제의 관형상체.
