Claims (11)
- 중합 개시에 사용되는 개시제 또는 개시제계를 나누어서 또는 연속적으로 반응 혼합물에 첨가하되, 반응 동안에 시간간격마다 최소량의 개시제 또는 개시제계를 첨가하고, 총 반응시간의 50% 이상 동안 매 시간간격마다 첨가되는 개시제의 양이 적어도 총 개시제의 양의 0.5% 이상이 되도록 하고, 총 반응시간은 n개의 시간간격을 포함하고, n은 3 내지 20이고, 각 시간간격의 길이는 5 내지 90분임을 특징으로 하는, 공급-회분식 공정(fed batch process)에 따르는 유화중합법으로 ABS형 그라프트 고무 중합체를 제조하는 방법.
- 중합 개시에 사용되는 개시제 또는 개시제계를 나누어서 또는 연속적으로 반응 혼합물에 첨가하되, 반응 동안에 시간간격마다 최소량의 개시제 또는 개시제계를 첨가하고, 총 반응시간의 70% 이상 동안 매 시간간격마다 첨가되는 개시제의 양이 적어도 총 개시제의 양의 1% 이상이 되도록 하고, 총 반응시간은 n개의 시간간격을 포함하고, n은 3 내지 15이고, 각 시간간격의 길이는 10 내지 80분임을 특징으로 하는, 공급-회분식 공정에 따르는 유화중합법으로 ABS형 그라프트 고무 중합체를 제조하는 방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 시간간격마다 개시제 또는 개시제계를 총 반응시간의 처음 1/2 동안에는 최소량으로 첨가함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 시간간격마다 개시제 또는 개시제계를 총 반응시간의 처음 또는 두번째 1/3 동안에 최소량으로 첨가함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 개시제로서 포타슘 퍼옥소디설페이트, 소듐 퍼옥소디설페이트, 암모늄 퍼옥소디설페이트 또는 이들의 혼합물을 사용함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 개시제계로서 유기 과산화물과 덱스트로스 및(또는) 아스코르브산(염)과의 조합을 사용함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 6 항에 있어서, 과산화물로서 큐멘 히드로퍼옥사이드, p-멘탄 히드로퍼옥사이드, tert-부틸 히드로퍼옥사이드 또는 이들의 혼합물을 사용함을 특징으로 하는 방법.

- 제 1 항 내지 제 8 항중 어느 한 항에 따르는 ABS형 그라프트 고무 중합체를 함유하는 열가소성 성형 조성물.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 9 항중 어느 한 항에 따르는 열가소성 성형 조성물로부터 수득할 수 있는 성형품.
