Claims (5)
- 액정표시패널과 회로기판이 이방성 도전 필름을 개재하여 소정의 매개체와 각각 전기적으로 접촉됨으로써, 상기 회로기판으로부터의 전기적인 신호가 상기 액정표시패널에 인가되는 액정표시장치에 있어서,상기 회로기판은전기적인 신호가 이동하는 신호선;상기 신호선으로부터 연장하여 형성되고, 상기 매개체와 전기적으로 접촉되는 다수개의 패드; 및상기 각 패드에 일체로 형성되고, 상기 각 패드와 접촉된 이방성 도전 필름에 가해지는 온도를 185 ∼ 165℃로 유지할 정도의 면적을 갖는 방열 패턴을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 방열 패턴은 상기 각 패드마다 동일한 형태로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 소정의 매개체는 연성회로기판의 일종은 테이프 캐리어 패키지(Tape carrier package)인 것을 특징으로 액정표시장치.
- 단열 물질로 이루어진 지지대;상기 지지대 상에 안착된 회로기판과 소정의 매개체에 개재된 이방성 도전 필름을 가압하기 위한 가압 툴 및 상기 가압 툴을 소정 온도로 가열하기 위한 히터를 포함하는 가압 장치를 포함하는 이방성 도전 필름 가압 설비.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 지지대는 대리석인 것을 특징으로 하는 이방성 도전 필름 가압 설비.
