Claims (3)
- 다수의 패드들이 형성된 액정패널;상기 액정패널을 구동시키기 위한 구동신호를 공급하는 직접회로와;상기 직접회로를 제어하는 제어신호를 공급하는 인쇄회로기판과;상기 액정패널과 상기 인쇄회로기판을 전기적으로 접속시키는 전극 리드부가 형성된 테이프 캐리어 패키지와;상기 테이프 캐리어 패키지의 전극 리드부 일측에 형성되는 이방성 도전필름과, 상기 테이프 캐리어 패키지의 전극 리드부의 타측에 형성되며 상기 이방성 도전필름과 접촉되는 절연 물질의 솔더 레지스트를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 이방성 도전필름은 상기 액정패널과 상기 이방성 도전필름의 접촉점으로부터 상기 인쇄회로기판 쪽으로 0.2mm 확장된 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 솔더 레지스트는 상기 액정패널의 끝단으로부터 상기 액정패널 쪽으로 0.1mm 확장된 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치.
