Claims (5)
- 액정표시패널과 회로기판이 이방성 도전 필름을 개재하여 테이프 캐리어 패키지(Tape carrier package)와 각각 전기적으로 접촉됨으로써, 상기 회로기판으로부터의 전기적인 신호가 상기 액정표시패널에 인가되는 액정표시장치에 있어서,상기 회로기판은전기적인 신호가 이동하는 신호선;상기 신호선으로부터 연장하여 형성되고, 상기 테이프 캐리어 패키지와 전기적으로 접촉되는 다수개의 패드들; 및상기 이방성 도전 필름이 배치되는 영역에 상기 각 패드와 일체로 형성되는 방열 패턴을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 방열 패턴은 상기 각 패드마다 동일한 형태로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 방열 패턴은 상기 패드로부터 상기 회로기판의 단부로 연장된 형상을 갖는 것을 특징으로 액정표시장치.
- 전기적인 신호가 이동하는 신호선;상기 신호선으로부터 연장하여 형성되고, 테이프 캐리어 패키지와 전기적으로 접촉되는 다수개의 패드들; 및상기 테이프 캐리어 패키지와 상기 패드들을 접착시키는 이방성 도전 필름이 배치되는 영역에 형성되고, 상기 각 패드와 일체로 형성되는 방열 패턴을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 회로기판.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 방열 패턴은 상기 패드로부터 상기 회로기판의 단부로 연장된 형상을 갖는 것을 특징으로 회로기판.
