- 조성식{(Ca1-xMex)O}mㆍ(Zr1-yTiy)O2로 나타내는 유전체 산화물을 포함하는 주성분과,V, Nb, W, Ta, Mo 및 Cr 중에서 선택되는 적어도 하나의 산화물, 및 소성후에 이들의 산화물로 되는 화합물 중 적어도 하나를 포함하는 제 1 부성분을 갖고,상기 주성분에 포함되는 식 중의 기호 Me가 Sr, Mg 및 Ba 중 적어도 하나이고,상기 주성분에 포함되는 식 중의 조성 몰비를 나타내는 기호 m, x 및 y가 0.8 ≤m ≤1.3, 0 ≤x ≤1.00, 0.1 ≤y ≤0.8의 관계에 있으며,상기 주성분 100몰에 대한 상기 제 1 부성분의 비율이 산화물 중의 금속 원소 환산으로, 0.01원자% ≤제 1 부성분 < 5원자%인 유전체 자기 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, Si, M(단, M은 Ba, Ca, Sr 및 Mg 중 적어도 하나의 원소), Li, 및 B 산화물, 및 소성후에 이들의 산화물로 되는 화합물 중 적어도 하나를 포함하는 제 3 부성분을 갖고,상기 주성분 100몰에 대한 상기 제 3 부성분의 비율이 산화물 환산으로, 0몰 < 제 3 부성분 < 15몰인 유전체 자기 조성물.

- 제 3 항에 있어서, 온도에 대한 정전용량 변화율(△C)이 적어도 25∼125℃의 온도범위내에서, -3000∼0ppm/℃(단, 정전용량(C)의 기준 온도는 25℃)인 유전체 자기 조성물.
- 유전체 자기 조성물로 구성되는 유전체층을 갖고,상기 유전체 자기 조성물이 조성식{(Ca1-xMex)O}mㆍ(Zr1-yTiy)O2로 나타내는 유전체 산화물을 포함하는 주성분과,V, Nb, W, Ta, Mo 및 Cr 중에서 선택되는 적어도 하나의 산화물, 및 소성후에 이들의 산화물로 되는 화합물 중 적어도 하나를 포함하는 제 1 부성분을 갖고,상기 주성분에 포함되는 식 중의 기호 Me가 Sr, Mg 및 Ba 중 적어도 하나이고,상기 주성분에 포함되는 식 중의 조성 몰비를 나타내는 기호 m, x 및 y가 0.8 ≤m ≤1.3, 0 ≤x ≤1.00, 0.1 ≤y ≤0.8의 관계에 있으며,상기 주성분 100몰에 대한 상기 제 1 부성분의 비율이 산화물 중의 금속 원소 환산으로, 0.01원자% ≤제 1 부성분 < 5원자%인 전자 부품.
- 제 7 항에 있어서, 상기 유전체층과 함께 내부 전극층이 교대로 적층하고 있는 콘덴서 소자 본체를 갖는 전자 부품.
- 제 8 항에 있어서, 상기 내부 전극층에 포함되는 도전재가 니켈 또는 니켈 합금인 전자 부품.
