Claims (34)
- (A) 융점이 200℃ 이상이고, 비닐리덴 플루로라이드와 테트라플루오로에틸렌에서 유도된 혼성중합 유닛을 포함하며 비닐리덴 플루오라이드 유닛의 양이 0.1 중량% 이상, 20 중량% 이하인 플루오로 플라스틱을 포함하는 제1 중합체층과, (B) 비플루오르화 중합체를 포함하고 상기 제1 중합체층에 결합되어 있는 제2 중합체층을 포함하는 다층 물품.
- 제1항에 있어서, 비닐리덴 플루오라이드 유닛의 양이 3 중량% 이상, 20 중량% 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 다층 물품.
- 제1항에 있어서, 비닐리덴 플루오라이드 유닛의 양이 3 중량% 내지 15 중량%인 것을 특징으로 하는 다층 물품.
- 제1항에 있어서, 비닐리덴 플루오라이드 유닛의 양이 10 중량% 내지 15 중량%인 것을 특징으로 하는 다층 물품.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 플루오로 플라스틱이 헥사플루오로프로필렌에서 유도된 혼성중합 유닛을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 다층 물품.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 플루오로 플라스틱이 퍼플루오르화 알콕시 비닐 에테르 단량체, 퍼플루오르화 알킬 비닐 에테르 단량체 및 이들의 배합물로 이루어지는 군에서 선택된 비닐 에테르 단량체에서 유도된 혼성중합 유닛을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 다층 물품.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 비닐 에테르 단량체에서 유도된 유닛의 양이 0.1 중량% 내지 5 중량%인 것을 특징으로 하는 다층 물품.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 플루오로 플라스틱은 주로 비닐리덴 플루오라이드, 테트라플루오로에틸렌 및 헥사플루오로프로필렌에서 유도된 혼성중합 유닛으로 이루어지고, 비닐리덴 플루오라이드 유닛의 양은 10 중량% 내지 15 중량%인 것을 특징으로 하는 다층 물품.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 플루오로 플라스틱은 0.1 중량% 내지 15 중량%의 비닐리덴 플루오라이드, 60 중량% 내지 85 중량%의 테트라플루오로에틸렌 및 10 중량%내지 30 중량%의 헥사플루오로프로필렌에서 유도된 혼성중합 유닛을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 다층 물품.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 비플루오르화 중합체가 탄성중합체를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 다층 물품.
- 제10항에 있어서, 상기 탄성중합체가 열가소성 탄성중합체인 것을 특징으로 하는 다층 물품.
- 제10항에 있어서, 상기 탄성중합체는 니트릴 고무, 에틸렌-프로필렌-디엔 단량체 고무, 에피클로로히드린 고무, 에틸렌-아크릴레이트 공중합체 고무 및 이들의 배합물로 이루어지는 군에서 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 다층 물품.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 비플루오르화 중합체가 열가소성 중합체를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 다층 물품.
- 제13항에 있어서, 상기 열가소성 중합체가 폴리아미드, 폴리우레탄, 폴리올레핀 및 이들의 배합물로 이루어지는 군에서 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 다층 물품.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1 중합체층 및 제2 중합체층 간의 접착력은 5 N/cm 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 다층 물품.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1 중합체층 및 제 2중합체층 간의 접착력은 15 N/cm 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 다층 물품.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 플루오로 플라스틱이 다중 모드 분자량 분포를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 다층 물품.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1 중합체층 및 제2 중합체층 사이에 삽입된 결합층을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 다층 물품.
- 제18항에 있어서, 상기 결합층이 폴리아민을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 다층 물품.
- 제19항에 있어서, 상기 폴리아민이 폴리알릴아민을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 다층 물품.
- 제20항에 있어서, 상기 폴리알릴아민의 분자량이 1,000 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 다층 물품.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1 중합체층이 상기 제2 중합체층과 제3 중합체층 사이에 삽입되도록 상기 제1 중합체층에 결합되어 있는 제3 중합체층을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 다층 물품.
- 제22항에 있어서, 상기 제3 중합체층이 상기 제1 중합체층에 직접 결합되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 다층 물품.
- 제22항에 있어서, 상기 제1 중합체층과 제3 중합체층 사이에 삽입된 결합층을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 다층 물품.
- 제22항에 있어서, 상기 제3 중합체층이 탄성중합체를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 다층 물품.
- 제25항에 있어서, 상기 탄성중합체가 플루오로 탄성중합체를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 다층 물품.
- 제25항에 있어서, 상기 탄성중합체가 비플루오르화 탄성중합체를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 다층 물품.
- 제27항에 있어서, 상기 비플루오르화 탄성중합체는 니트릴 고무, 에틸렌-프로필렌-디엔 단량체 고무, 에피클로로히드린 고무, 에틸렌-아크릴레이트 공중합체 고무 및 이들의 배합물로 이루어지는 군에서 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 다층 물품.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1 중합체층이 전기 전도성인 것을 특징으로 하는 다층 물품.
- 제22항에 있어서, 상기 제3 중합체층이 전기 전도성인 것을 특징으로 하는 다층 물품.
- 제1항에 있어서, 시트 형태인 것을 특징으로 하는 다층 물품.
- 제1항에 있어서, 호스 형태인 것을 특징으로 하는 다층 물품.
- (A) 비닐리덴 플루오라이드와 테트라플루오로에틸렌에서 유도된 혼성중합 유닛을 포함하며, 비닐리덴 플루오라이드 유닛의 양이 0.1 중량% 내지 15 중량%인 플루오로 플라스틱을 포함하는 제1 중합체층과, (B) 비플루오르화 중합체를 포함하고 상기 제1 중합체 층에 결합되어 있는 제2 중합체층을 포함하는 다층 물품.
- 제33항에 있어서, 비닐리덴 플루오라이드 유닛의 양이 3 중량% 내지 15 중량%인 것을 특징으로 하는 다층 물품.
