Claims (10)
- (a1) 0 ℃ 미만의 유리 전이 온도를 가지며, (a11) 성분 A11으로서 부타디엔 또는 1종 이상의 C1-8-알킬 아크릴레이트, 또는 이들의 혼합물 70 내지 100 중량%, (a12) 성분 A12로서 1종 이상의 다관능성 가교결합 단량체 0 내지 20 중량%, 및 (a13) 성분 A13으로서 다른 공중합가능한 단량체 0 내지 30 중량% (이들의 총 합은 100 중량%임)로 이루어지는 입자상 에멀젼 중합체로부터 제조되는 입자상 그래프트 베이스 A1 10 내지 90 중량%, 및(a2) (a21) 성분 A21으로서 1종 이상의 비닐방향족 단량체 또는 (메트)아크릴산 에스테르, 또는 이들의 혼합물 60 내지 100 중량%, 및 (a22) 성분 A22로서 1종 이상의 에틸렌계 불포화 단량체 0 내지 40 중량% (이들 양은 A2를 기준으로 함)로 이루어진 그래프트 A2 10 내지 90 중량%로 이루어지고, 130 내지 500 nm의 중위 (median) 입경을 가지며, 입자의 40 중량% 미만이 폭 50 nm의 입도 범위로 존재하는 폴리모달 (polymodal) 입도 분포를 갖는 그래프트 공중합체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 입자의 37.5 중량% 미만이 폭 50 nm의 입도 범위로 존재하는 것인 그래프트 공중합체.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 중량 (ponderal) 중위 입도와 수 (numeric) 중위 입도의 비율 Dw/Dn이 5 미만인 그래프트 공중합체.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 입도에 대한 누적량의 그래프가 지속적으로 상승하는 형태인 그래프트 공중합체.
- 하기 성분 A 및 B, 경우에 따라, 성분 C 및(또는) D (이들 성분의 총 합은 100 중량%임)의 양을 기준으로,(a) 성분 A로서 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 정의된 입자상 그래프트 공중합체 10 내지 90 중량%,(b) 성분 B로서 1종 이상의 비정질 중합체 10 내지 90 중량%,(c) 성분 C로서 폴리카르보네이트, 폴리아미드, 폴리에스테르, 폴리에테르 케톤, 폴리옥시알킬렌 또는 폴리아릴렌 술피드 0 내지 80 중량%, 및(d) 성분 D로서 섬유상 또는 입자상 충전제, 또는 이들의 혼합물 0 내지 50 중량%를 포함하는 열가소성 성형 조성물.
- (1) 단량체 A11 및, 경우에 따라, 단량체 A12 및 A13을 수성 에멀젼중에서 중합하여 150 nm 이하의 중위 입경을 갖는 고무 라텍스를 제공하는 단계,(2) 상기 고무 라텍스에 아크릴레이트 중합체 분산액을 기재로 한 응집 라텍스를 가하여 응집된 그래프트 고무 라텍스가 130 내지 500 nm의 중위 입경을 갖도록 상기 고무 라텍스를 응집시키는 단계, 및(3) 응집된 라텍스의 존재하에 그래프트의 단량체를 수성 에멀젼중에서 중합시키는 단계 (고체를 기준으로 그래프트는 10 내지 90 중량%를 구성하며, 응집된 라텍스는 10 내지 90 중량%를 구성함)를 포함하는, 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항의 그래프트 공중합체의 제조 방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 기질 라텍스의 중위 입도에 대한 응집 라텍스의 중위 입도의 비율이 0.2 내지 2인 방법.
- 제6항 또는 제7항에 있어서, 응집될 라텍스를 기준으로 한 응집 라텍스의 양이 고체를 기준으로 0.1 내지 20 중량%인 방법.
- 성형품, 반-완제품 또는 필름의 제조를 위한 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항의 그래프트 공중합체 또는 제5항의 성형 조성물의 용도.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항의 그래프트 공중합체로부터 제조된 성형품, 반-완제품 또는 필름.
