Claims (8)
- 로터를 둘러싸는 고정자 코어의 투스 단부가 축방향으로 인접한 N극과 S극을 구성하는 호모 폴라형 자기 베어링용 고정자 코어에 있어서,고정자 코어(10)는 인접하는 N극 및 S극이 각각 원주방향으로 연장되어 서로 접촉 또는 근접한 장방편부(11)를 갖고, 절연재를 개입시켜 적층되고 축측면으로부터 보았을 때 중심측이 개방된 U자형의 적층 강판을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자기 베어링용 고정자 코어.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 U자형의 적층 강판은 절연재를 도포한 연속 강판(12a)을 구형에 권취하여 성형한 후 등분으로 절단한 컷 코어(12)인 것을 특징으로 하는 자기 베어링용 고정자 코어.
- 절연재를 도포한 연속 강판을 구형에 권취하여 성형한 후 등분으로 절단한 컷 코어(12)의 외측을 장방편부(11)를 남기고 가공하는 외측 가공 단계(A);외측을 가공한 컷 코어에 코일을 설치하는 코일 조립 단계(B);복수의 컷 코어를 조립 위치에 배치하는 코어 배치 단계(C); 및조립 위치의 복수의 컷 코어의 내측을 절삭하는 내측 절삭 단계(D);를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자기 베어링의 코어 제조 방법.
- 절연재를 도포한 연속 강판을 구형에 권취하여 성형한 후 등분으로 절단한 복수의 컷 코어(12)를 조립 위치에 배치하고 그 내측을 절삭하는 내측 절삭 단계(E);복수의 컷 코어의 외측을 장방편부(11)를 남기고 가공하는 외측 가공 단계(F); 및외측을 가공한 복수의 컷 코어에 코일을 설치하는 코일 조립 단계(G);를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자기 베어링의 코어 제조 방법.
- 자성체로 완성된 지지면을 갖는 로터(3)를 지지하는 호모 폴라형 자기 베어링에 이용되는 자기 베어링용 고정자 코어에 있어서,일단이 상기 지지면에 대향하는 자극면을 형성하여 자속을 통하는 소정의 폭을 가진 제 1 기둥형 본체인 제 1 요크부(6);일단이 상기 지지면에 대향하는 자극면을 형성하여 자속을 통하는 소정의 폭을 가진 제 2 기둥형 본체인 제 2 요크부(8); 및상기 제 1 요크부의 타단측과 제 2 요크부의 타단측 사이에 삽입되어 자속을 통하는 기초부(7);를 포함하며,상기 제 1 요크부(6)와 제 2 요크부(8)는 기둥형 본체의 폭방향으로 대향하여 정렬되고,적어도 기초부(7)는 자성 재료의 분말을 수지로 응고시켜 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 자기 베어링용 고정자 코어.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, 상기 제 1 기둥형 본체(6)는 자성 강판을 비도전 물질의 사이에 두고 상기 자극면의 임의의 직교선에 직교하는 방향으로 적층된 적층체를 갖고,상기 제 2 기둥형 본체(8)는 자성 강판을 비도전 물질의 사이에 두고 상기 자극면의 임의의 직교선에 직교하는 방향으로 적층된 적층체를 가진 것을 특징으로 하는 자기 베어링용 고정자 코어.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, 상기 제 1 기둥형 본체(6)는 자성 강판을 비도전 물질의 사이에 두고 폭방향으로 적층된 적층체를 갖고,상기 제 2 기둥형 본체(8)는 자성 강판을 비도전 물질의 사이에 두고 폭방향으로 적층된 적층체를 가진 것을 특징으로 하는 자기 베어링용 고정자 코어.
- 자성체로 완성된 지지면을 갖는 로터(3)를 지지하는 자기 베어링에 이용되는 자기 베어링용 고정자 코어에 있어서,상기 지지면에 대향하는 N극의 자극면과, 상기 지지면에 대향하는 S극의 자극면을 갖고, 자성 재료의 분말을 수지로 응고시켜 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 자기 베어링용 고정자 코어.
