Claims (12)
- 제 1 작동 상태와 제 2 작동 상태 사이에서 변화하고, 상기 제 1 작동 상태에서는 상기 제 2 작동 상태 보다 흡기 압축비를 높게 하고, 록크 수단에 의해 상기 제 1 작동 상태로 록크될 수 있도록 되어 있는 내연기관의 작동 특성 변경 수단의 작동을 제어하는 방법으로서, 상기 기관 작동 특성 변경 수단이 상기 제 1 작동 상태에 있지 않을 때에 상기 록크 수단에 의해 상기 제 1 작동 상태로 록크될 우려가 있는지의 여부를 판단하고, 록크될 우려가 있다고 판단되었을 때, 해당 록크를 방지하는 대책을 강구하는 것을 특징으로 하는 기관 작동 특성 변경 수단의 작동 제어 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 제 1 작동 상태가 상기 제 2 작동 상태보다 흡기 압축비를 높이는 것은 해당 제 1 작동 상태에서의 해당 내연기관의 크랭크축 회전 위상에 대한 흡기 밸브 폐쇄 위상이 해당 제 2 작동 상태에서보다 진각되는 것에 의한 것을 특징으로 하는 기관 작동 특성 변경 수단의 작동 제어 방법.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 크랭크축 회전 위상에 대한 흡기 밸브 폐쇄 위상은 크랭크축의 회전을 흡기 밸브 개폐 캠축에 전달하는 회전 전달 수단의 도중에 설치된 흡기 밸브 개폐 타이밍 제어 수단에 의해 제어되고, 상기 록크 수단은 해당 흡기 밸브 개폐 타이밍 제어 수단의 크랭크축에 동기하여 회전하는 제 1 회전 부재와 해당 제 1 회전 부재와 동심으로 흡기 밸브 개폐 캠축에 동기하여 회전하는 제 2 부재 사이에 작용하고, 해당 제 1 및 제 2 회전 부재가 크랭크축 회전 위상에 대한 흡기 밸브 폐쇄 위상을 그 조절 범위 내에서 진행 측에 있는 소정의 위상으로 설정할 때 해당 제 1 회전 부재와 해당 제 2 회전 부재 사이의 상대적 회전을 그 상대 회전 위치에 결합하도록 되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 기관 작동 특성 변경 수단의 작동 제어 방법.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 제 1 회전 부재와 상기 제 2 회전 부재 사이의 회전 각도 차가 소정의 제 1 임계치 회전 각도 차 이하가 되었을 때, 상기 기관 작동 특성 변경 수단이 상기 록크 수단에 의해 상기 제 1 작동 상태로 록크될 우려가 있다고 판단하는 것을 특징으로 하는 기관 작동 특성 변경 수단의 작동 제어 방법.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 제 1 회전 부재와 상기 제 2 회전 부재 사이의 회전 각도 차가 소정의 제 2 임계치 회전 각도 차 이하로서 해당 회전 각도 차의 변화율이 소정의 음(-)의 임계치 이하가 되었을 때, 상기 기관 작동 특성 변경 수단이 상기 록크 수단에 의해 상기 제 1 작동 상태로 록크될 우려가 있다고 판단하는 것을 특징으로 하는 기관 작동 특성 변경 수단의 작동 제어 방법.
- 제 3 항 내지 제 5 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 흡기 밸브 개폐 타이밍 제어 수단은 상기 제 2 회전 부재를 상기 제 1 회전 부재에 대하여 상대적으로 지연측으로 구동하는 구동 수단을 포함하고, 상기 대책은 상기 구동 수단에 의해 상기 제 2 회전 부재를 상기 제 1 회전 부재에 대하여 상대적으로 지연측으로 구동하는 것을 특징으로 하는 기관 작동 특성 변경 수단의 작동 제어 방법.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 차량은 내연기관이 차동 기구를 거쳐서 제 1 및 제 2 전동 발전기에 연결되고, 상기 제 1 및 제 2 전동 발전기를 대향 회전시킴으로써 상기 내연기관의 회전을 정지시킬 수도 역전시킬 수도 있는 하이브리드 카(car)이며, 상기 제 1 회전 부재의 상기 제 2 회전 부재에 대한 진행 방향 또는 지연 방향으로의 구동은 상기 제 1 및 제 2 전동 발전기의 대향 회전의 제어에 의해 행할 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 기관 작동 특성 변경 수단의 작동 제어 방법.
- 제 7 항에 있어서, 상기 제 1 및 제 2 전동 발전기의 대향 회전에 의해 상기 내연기관이 소정의 임계치 각속도 이상의 각속도로 역전할 때 상기 기관 작동 특성 변경 수단이 상기 록크 수단에 의해 상기 제 1 작동 상태로 록크될 우려가 있다고 판단하는 것을 특징으로 하는 기관 작동 특성 변경 수단의 작동 제어 방법.
- 제 7 항 또는 제 8 항에 있어서, 상기 대책은 상기 제 1 및 제 2 전동 발전기의 대향 회전의 평형 제어에 의해 상기 내연기관의 역전을 방지하는 것으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 기관 작동 특성 변경 수단의 작동 제어 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 5 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 록크 수단은 록크 핀을 핀 수용 구멍에 끼우는 구조이며, 상기 대책은 해당 록크 핀이 해당 핀 수용 구멍에 정합하는 것을 저지하는 것을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 기관 작동 특성 변경 수단의 작동 제어 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 5 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 록크 방지 대책이 발동되는 빈도를 재평가하는 제어 조정을 행하는 것을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 기관 작동 특성 변경 수단의 작동 제어 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 5 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 록크 방지 대책에도 불구하고 상기 록크 수단이 소정 회수 이상 작동하였을 때 상기 록크 방지 대책을 강화하는 것을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 기관 작동 특성 변경 수단의 작동 제어 방법.
