Claims (9)
- 아스퍼질러스에 의해 생성된 효소군의 촉매작용 능력이 그대로 유지되고 아스퍼질러스 사균체를 포함하는 건조 코지 미분말에 조성물의 총량에 대해 15중량% 내지 30중량% 범위의 식이성 섬유를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 대장암의 발병을 억제하기 위한 영양 보충 조성물.
- 아스퍼질러스에 의해 생성된 효소군의 촉매작용 능력이 그대로 유지되고 아스퍼질러스 사균체를 포함하는 건조 코지 미분말에 조성물의 총량에 대해 15중량% 내지 30중량% 범위의 식물성 단백질을 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 대장암의 발병을 억제하기 위한 영양 보충 조성물.
- 아스퍼질러스에 의해 생성된 효소군의 촉매작용 능력이 그대로 유지되고 아스퍼질러스 사균체를 포함하는 건조 코지 미분말에 조성물의 총량에 대해 15중량% 내지 30중량% 범위의 식이성 섬유 및 조성물의 총량에 대해 15중량% 내지 30중량% 범위의 식물성 단백질을 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 대장암의 발병을 억제하기 위한 영양 보충 조성물.
- 제 1항 내지 제 3항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 유산균의 사균체가 건조 코지 미분말에 추가로 포함되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는, 대장암의 발병을 억제하기 위한 영양 보충 조성물.
- 제 1항 내지 제 3항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 건조 코지가 쌀겨 코지인 것을 특징으로 하는, 대장암의 발병을 억제하기 위한 영양 보충 조성물.
- 제 5항에 있어서, 쌀겨 코지, 보리 코지, 옥수수 코지, 콩 코지, 및 보리겨 코지로부터 선택된 단독 또는 혼합 곡물 코지가 쌀겨 코지에 5중량% 내지 30중량% 함유되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는, 대장암의 발병을 억제하기 위한 영양 보충 조성물.
- 찐 쌀겨에서 아스퍼질러스를 배양하고 숙성시킨 후, 숙성된 생성물의 온도를 44℃ 내지 46℃로 유지시키고, 숙성된 생성물(코지)을 아스퍼질러스에 의해 생성된 효소군의 촉매작용 능력을 유지시킨 채로 아스퍼질러스 사균체를 함유하는 건조 쌀겨 코지로 형성시키고, 미분말로 추가로 변화시키고, 식이성 섬유 분말을 습도 차이가 없는 상태에서 건조 쌀겨 코지 미분말과 균일하게 혼합시키는 것을 특징으로 하는, 대장암의 발병을 억제하기 위한 영양 보충 조성물을 제조하는 방법.

- 제 7항 또는 제 8항에 있어서, 아스퍼질러스 및 유산균을 배양하고 숙성시킨 후, 숙성된 생성물을 아스퍼질러스에 의해 생성된 효소군의 촉매작용 능력을 유지시킨 채로 아스퍼질러스와 유산균의 사균체를 함유하는 건조 쌀겨 코지로 형성시키는 것을 특징으로 하는, 대장암의 발병을 억제하기 위한 영양 보충 조성물을 제조하는 방법.
