Claims (8)
- 일반식 (II)의 화합물을, 경우에 따라 희석제의 존재하에서 산을 사용하여 가수분해시키고, 생성된 일반식 (III)의 벤조푸라논을, 후처리없이, 경우에 따라 희석제의 존재하 및 경우에 따라 완충 매질의 존재하에서 일반식 (IV)의 하이드록실아민 유도체 또는 그의 산 부가 복합체와 반응시킴을 특징으로 하여 일반식 (I)의 화합물을 제조하는 방법:H2N-O-R1(IV)상기 식에서,R1은 수소 또는 알킬을 나타내고,R2, R3, R4및 R5는 동일하거나 상이하며 서로 독립적으로 각각 수소, 알킬, 알콕시, 할로게노알킬 또는 할로겐을 나타내며,R6은 알킬을 나타낸다.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 반응의 제 2 단계가 완충제 혼합물로서 아세트산/소듐 아세테이트중에서 pH 3 내지 7에서 수행됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 2 항에 있어서, 하이드록실아민 또는 그의 산 부가 복합체가 사용됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 3 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 메탄올이 용매로 사용됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 일반식 (V)의 화합물을 촉매의 존재하에서 일반식 (VI)의 무수 지방족산 또는 일반식 (VII)의 지방족 아실 클로라이드와 반응시킴을 특징으로 하여 일반식 (II)의 화합물을 제조하는 방법:상기 식에서,R2, R3, R4및 R5는 동일하거나 상이하며 서로 독립적으로 각각 수소, 알킬, 알콕시, 할로게노알킬 또는 할로겐을 나타내며,R6은 알킬을 나타낸다.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, 피리딘 유도체가 촉매로 사용됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 5 항 또는 6 항에 있어서, 반응이 일반식 (V)의 화합물로서 무수 아세트산을 사용하여 수행됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 5 항 내지 7 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 120 내지 150 ℃의 온도에서 수행됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
