Claims (12)
- 반응이 반응 지속 기간의 적어도 한 기간 동안, 하나 이상의 에틸렌계 이중 결합을 가지며 분자의 나머지 부분이 매질 중에 존재하는 화합물에 대해서 불활성이며 하나 이상의 에틸렌계 이중 결합의 탄소 중 하나가 할로겐 원자 이외의 치환체로 완전히 치환되는 불포화된 유기 화합물의 존재하에서 수행됨을 특징으로 하는, 용매 매질 중에서 상응하는 α-, β- 또는 γ-아미노산 또는 이의 염 중 하나를 포스겐, 디포스겐 및/또는 트리포스겐과 반응시켜 N-카복시산무수물을 제조하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 아미노산을 포스겐과 반응시킴을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 불포화된 유기 화합물을 탄화수소로부터 선택함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 불포화된 유기 화합물이 α-피넨임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 사용되는 불포화된 화합물의 양이 아미노산 1 몰 당 1 내지 3몰 또는 아미노산의 염 1몰 당 1.5 내지 4몰임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 용매가 지방족 에스테르 및 염소화되거나 비-염소화된 지방족 또는 방향족 탄화수소로부터 선택됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 용매가 에틸 아세테이트임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 아미노산의 반응성 아미노 그룹이 1급 또는 2급임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 아미노산이 무수물을 형성하는 산 그룹과 아미노 그룹 이외의 반응성 그룹을 포함하는 경우, 이를 보호함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제9항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 출발 아미노산이 루이신, 알라닌, N-(트리플루오로아세틸)라이신, 글루탐산의 γ-벤질 에스테르 또는 γ-메틸 에스테르, 또는 N-(1-에톡시카보닐-3-페닐프로필)알라닌, 또는 이의 염중 하나임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제10항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 아미노산의 염이 설페이트, 아세테이트, 톨루엔설포네이트 또는 메탄설포네이트임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제11항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 아미노산의 염이 하이드로할라이드임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
