Claims (5)
- 단부 판의 한 측면에 세워 설치된 소용돌이 형상의 벽 본체를 갖는 고정 스크롤과, 단부 판의 한 측면에 세워 설치된 소용돌이 형상의 벽 본체를 갖고, 상기 각 벽 본체가 서로 맞물리게 하여 자전이 저지되면서 공전 선회 운동 가능하게 지지된 선회 스크롤을 구비한 스크롤 압축기에 있어서,상기 고정 스크롤과 선회 스크롤중 적어도 어느 한쪽의 스크롤 단부 판의 다른쪽 측면에 배압실이 형성되고, 상기 배압실에 상기 양 스크롤에 의해 압축된 유체가 도입됨으로써 상기 한쪽의 스크롤이 다른쪽의 스크롤측으로 가압되게 구성되며,상기 고정 스크롤과 선회 스크롤중 적어도 어느 한쪽의 스크롤의 단부 판에는, 상기 한 측면에 그 높이가 벽 본체의 소용돌이를 따라 그 중심부측에서 높고 외주 단부측에서 낮아지도록 형성된 단차부가 설치되며, 상기 고정 스크롤과 선회 스크롤중 어느 다른쪽의 스크롤 벽 본체의 상부 에지는 상기 단부 판의 단차부에 대응하여 복수의 부분으로 분할되며, 또한 상기 부분의 높이가 소용돌이의 중심부측에서 낮고 외주 단부측에서 높아지는 단차부 형상으로 되는 것을 특징으로 하는스크롤 압축기.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 고정 스크롤과 선회 스크롤중 적어도 어느 한쪽의 스크롤을 다른쪽의스크롤로 가압하는 탄성체가 설치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는스크롤 압축기.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 배압실은 상기 고정 스크롤의 상기 다른쪽 측면에 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는스크롤 압축기.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 배압실은 상기 선회 스크롤의 상기 다른쪽 측면에 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는스크롤 압축기.
- 제 4 항에 있어서,상기 선회 스크롤 단부 판의 상기 다른쪽 측면에 끼워맞춰져 공전 선회 운동하는 베어링 부재가 설치되고, 상기 배압실은 상기 선회 스크롤과 상기 베어링 부재 사이에 형성되어 있는스크롤 압축기.
