Abstract
Description
Claims (7)
- 수성 폴리우레탄 수지(A), 가교제(B), 및 증점제(C)를 함유하여 되는 접착제 조성물로서, 수성 폴리우레탄 수지(A)의 연화 온도가 80℃이하이고, 그 수성 폴리우레탄 수지(A)의 80℃에서의 용융 점도가 105Pa·s이하이며, 그 수성 폴리우레탄 수지(A)와 가교제(B)가 반응하여 경화한 뒤의 수지 경화물의 연화 온도가 120℃이상임을 특징으로 하는 합성피혁용 수성 건식 적층 접착제 조성물.
- 제 1항에 있어서,수성 폴리우레탄 수지(A)가 2,000∼200,000의 중량평균분자량을 갖고, 이소시아네이트기와 반응가능한 활성 수소원자 함유기를 적어도 2개 함유하는 수성 폴리우레탄 수지인 합성피혁용 수성 건식 적층 접착제 조성물.
- 제 1항에 있어서,가교제(B)가 폴리이소시아네이트계 가교제인 합성피혁용 수성 건식 적층 접착제 조성물.
- 제 1항에 있어서,증점제(C)가 회합형의 고분자형 계면활성제인 합성피혁용 수성 건식 적층 접착제 조성물.
- 제 1항에 있어서,안료 표면을 수분산성 수지로 표면 처리한 수분산성 안료를 착색제로서 더 함유하는 합성피혁용 수성 건식 적층 접착제 조성물.
- 제 1항∼제 5항 중 어느 한 항 기재의 합성피혁용 수성 건식 적층 접착제 조성물을, 이형지 위에 미리 형성한 표피층 위에 도포하여 건조시켜 접착제층을 형성한 후, 그 접착제층과 섬유기재를 건식 적층함을 특징으로 하는 합성피혁의 제조 방법.
- 제 6항 기재의 제조 방법에 의해 얻어지는 합성피혁.
