Claims (9)
- 다음 식 I 으로 표시되는 5-60 몰%의 스피로글리콜;및 30-95 몰%의 에틸렌 글리콜을 함유하여 된 글리콜 성분 및 80-100 몰%의 테레프탈산 및/또는 그의 에스테르를 함유하는 디카르복시산 성분을 포함하는 모노머 혼합물을 중합하여 제조한 폴리에스테르 수지로서,(1) 페놀/1,1,2,2-테트라클로로에탄 용매와 6/4의 질량비로 혼합하여 25℃ 에서 측정했을 때의 고유점도가 0.4-1.5 dL/g 이고;(2) 100s-1전단속도 및 240℃ 에서 측정했을 때의 용융점도가 700 내지 5,000Pa.s 이고;(3) 분자량 분포가 2.5 내지 12.0 이고; 및(4) 미분주사 열량계로 측정했을 때 90℃ 이상의 유리전이온도 및 5J/g 이하의 냉각결정화 발열정점을 나타내는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리에스테르 수지.
- 제1항에 있어서,글리콜 성분은 식 I 으로 표시되는 20 내지 40 몰%의 스피로글리콜 및 50 내지 80 몰%의 에틸렌 글리콜을 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리에스테르 수지.
- 제1항 또는 2항에 있어서,디카르복실산 성분은 95 내지 100 몰%의 테레프탈산 및/또는 그의 에스테르를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리에스테르 수지.
- 제1항 또는 3항에 있어서,글리콜 성분은 식 I 으로 표시되는 15 내지 60 몰%의 스피로글리콜 및 40 내지 85 몰%의 에틸렌 글리콜을 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리에스테르 수지.
- 제1항 내지 3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,필름이나 시트의 제조에 사용되고, 제조된 필름 또는 시트는 20mm 직경의 반구형 추를 낙하하여 수직 충격을 가할 때 10kJ/m 이상의 낙하 파괴강도를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리에스테르 수지.
- 제1항 내지 3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,중공형 용기의 제조에 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리에스테르 수지.
- 발포성 폴리에스테르 시트의 제조방법으로서,발포제의 존재하에서 제1항에 따른 폴리에스테르 수지를 압출기 내에서 용융반죽하고; 및반죽된 폴리에스테르 수지를 저압력대로 압출하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제7항의 제조방법에 따라 제조된 발포성 폴리에스테르 시트.
- 제8항에 있어서,상기 시트는 0.2 내지 7mm 두께 및 적어도 50%의 폐쇄셀 함량을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 발포성 폴리에스테르 시트.
