Description
Claims (3)
- 교류전원으로부터의 교류전력을 정류하여 직류전력으로 변환하는 컨버터와,상기 컨버터로부터 출력되는 직류전력을 가변전압·가변주파수의 교류전력으로 변환하여 전동기를 구동하고, 엘리베이터를 운전하는 인버터와, 상기 컨버터와 상기 인버터와의 사이의 직류모선간에 설치되어 엘리베이터의 회생운전시에 직류모선으로부터의 직류전력을 축적하고 역행운전시에 축적된 직류전력을 직류모선에 공급하는 전력축적장치와, 상기 직류모선에 대한 상기 전력축적장치의 충방전을 제어하는 충방전제어장치와 상기 전력축적장치의 온도, 충방전전류, 충방전전압의 적어도 하나를 계측하는 충방전상태계측수단과, 상기 인버터의 출력전류를 검출하는 전류검출수단과, 상기 인버터의 출력전압을 검출하는 전압검출수단과, 상기 엘리베이터의 속도를 검출하는 속도검출수단과, 엘리베이터의 속도지령과 상기 속도검출수단으로부터의 검출치에 따라 속도제어하도록, 상기 인버터를 제어하는 속도제어수단을 구비하고, 상기 속도제어수단은, 상기 전류검출수단의 검출전류치와 상기 전압검출수단의 검출전압치에 따라 인버터의 출력전력을 산출하며 상기 충방전상태계측수단의 계측치에 따라 상기 전력축적장치의 방전가능전력을 구하여 이 방전가능전력과 상기 교류전원의 제한전력과의 합으로 주어지는 제한전력최대치를 구하며 상기 인버터의 출력전압과 상기 제한전력최대치와의 비교에 따라 속도지령을 변경하는 것을 특징으로 하는 엘리베이터의 제어장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 속도제어수단을 방전전류와 방전전압에 대한 제한방전전류가 설정된 테이블을 구비하고, 상기 충방전상태계측수단으로부터의 방전전류와 방전전압의 계측치에 따라 상기 테이블로부터 제한방전전류를 구하고, 구해진 제한방전전류와 방전전압의 계측치로부터 상기 전력축적장치의 방전가능전력을 구하는 것을 특징으로 하는 엘리베이터의 제어장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 속도제어수단은, 상기 전력축적장치의 FULL충전상태를 100%로 하고, 충방전전류와 충방전전압의 곱을 용량으로 정규화하며, 누적된 값인 충전정도에 대한 제한방전전류가 설정된 테이블을 구비하고, 상기 충방전상태계측수단으로부터의 방전전류와 방전전압의 계측치에 따라서 얻어지는 충전정도에 따라 상기 테이블로부터 제한방전전류를 구하며 구해진 제한방전전류와 방전전압의 계측치로부터 상기 전력축적장치의 방전가능전력을 구하는 것을 특징으로 하는 엘리베이터의 제어장치.
