Abstract
Description
Claims (6)
- 유전체로 구성되고, 서로 평행한 제 1, 제 2 주면 및 상기 제 1, 제 2 주면 사이를 연결하는 측면을 가지며,상기 유전체의 적어도 일부를 사이에 두고 로터상에 형성된, 제 1 주면과 접촉한 상태로 회전 가능하게 지지되는 로터 전극에 대향하게 정렬된, 상기 제 1, 2 주면에 평행하게 연장된 고정자 전극이 구비된 가변 커패시터에 사용되는 고정자, 및상기 고정자 전극에 전기적으로 접속되도록 상기 측면의 적어도 일부에 형성된 고정자 단자를 포함하는 가변 커패시터용 고정자를 준비하는 단계,상기 고정자를 구성하고, 상기 고정자 전극, 및 상기 도전성 막을 구성하고 상기 측면으로부터 상기 제 1, 2 주면의 일부에까지 연장된 상기 고정자 단자, 및 상기 고정자 단자를 구성하는 도전막이 형성되지 않은 상기 제 1 주면에 제공되며 상기 도전막의 두께 보다 상부면이 높은 돌기부가 구비된 고정자 부품을 준비하는 단계, 및상기 제 1 주면에 연장된 상기 도전막의 일부를 제거하기 위해 기준으로 상기 돌기부의 상부면을 갖는 상기 고정자용 부품의 상기 제 1 주면을 연마하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 가변 커패시터용 고정자의 제조 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 연마 공정이,상기 돌기부의 상기 상부면이 동일면상에 정렬되도록 홀더로 복수의 상기 고정자용 부품을 지지하는 단계, 및상기 홀더로 상기 복수의 고정자 부품을 지지하는 동안 상기 고정자용 부품의 상기 제 1 주면을 연마하는 단계를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 가변 커패시터용 고정자의 제조 방법.
- 제 2항에 있어서, 홀더로 복수의 고정자용 부품을 지지하는 공정이,평면 정렬면을 갖는 정렬 부재를 준비하는 단계,돌기부의 상부면이 정렬 부재의 정렬면에 접촉된 상태로 정렬 부재를 사용하여 복수의 고정자용 부품을 정렬하는 단계,고정자용 부품을 홀더에 고정하기 위해 연마용 고정제를 준비하는 단계, 및정렬 부재에 의해 정렬된 복수의 고정자용 부품의 제 2 주면측을 연마용 고정제를 통해 홀더에 고정하는 단계를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 가변 커패시터용 고정자의 제조 방법.
- 제 1항 내지 제 3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 고정자가 유전체 내부에 형성된 고정자 전극을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 가변 커패시터용 고정자의 제조 방법.
- 제 1항 내지 제 3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 고정자용 부품을 준비하는 공정은, 도전막이 측면으로부터 가 제 1, 제 2 주면의 일부에까지 연장되도록 도전성 페이스트를 도포하여 형성하고, 계속해서, 페이스트를 소성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 가변 커패시터용 고정자의 제조 방법.
- 제 1항 내지 제 3항 중 어느 한 항으로 정의된 방법으로 제조된 고정자를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 가변 커패시터.
