Claims (3)
- 회전자와, 이 회전자의 외주에 대향배치된 고정자, 상기 회전자와 상기 고정자를 지지하는 브래킷을 구비한 차량용 교류발전기에서 축방향으로 뻗는 슬로트가 주방향으로 다수 형성된 적층철심을 갖는 고정자철심과, 상기 슬로트에 소정 슬로트간격에 걸쳐 조립되는 다상 고정자권선을 구비하고, 상기 적층철심은, 상기 슬로트를 형성하는 다수의 티스가 요크의 한쪽에 다수 형성된 주적층판이 다수 적층되어서 주적층체가 형성되고, 이 주적층체의 적층방향의 적어도 1단면에 상기 주적층판 보다 강성이 높은 단판이 적층되어서 적층체가 형성되고 상기 슬로트내에 상기 다상 고정자권선이 배치되고 슬로트 개구부가 내측이 되도록 굴곡시켜서 양단부를 당접시킴으로써 링상으로 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 교류발전기.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 적층체는 상기 굴곡되기 전의 형상이 직선상인 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 교류발전기.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서,상기 다상 고정자권선은 장척의 소선이 상기 고정자철심의 단양측의 상기 슬로트외에서 되돌려져 소정 슬로트수 마다에 상기 슬로트 내에서 슬로트 깊이방향에 내층과 외층을 교호로 취하도록 권장된 권선을 다수 소유하고 상기 고정자철심의 단면측의 상기 슬로트외에서 되돌려진 상기 소선의 턴부가 주방향으로 나열되어 코일엔드군을 구성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 교류발전기.
