Claims (3)
- 회전원주방향에 따라서 NS극을 형성하는 회전자와, 이 회전자와 대향배치된 고정자철심 및 이 고정자철심에 장착된 다상 고정자권선을 가진 고정자와, 상기 회전자와 상기 고정자를 지지하는 브래킷을 구비한 교류발전기에서, 상기 고정자철심은 축방향으로 뻗는 슬롯이 원주방향에 소정피치로 복수 형성된 적층철심을 구비하고, 상기 다상 고정자권선은 연속선으로 되는 소선이 상기 고정자철심의 단면측의 상기 슬롯외에서 되돌려져서 소정 슬롯수 마다에 상기 슬롯내에서 슬롯깊이 방향으로 내층과 외층을 교대로 차지하도록 감겨진 권선을 복수가지며, 상기 복수의 권선은 복수개이 상기 소선을 동시에 접어서 형성된 적어도 1조의 소선군으로 구성되고, 상기 소선군은 직선부가 턴부에 의해 연결되어 소정 슬롯피치로 배열되고, 또한, 인접하는 이 직선부가 이 턴부에 의해 슬롯깊이 방향으로 내층과 외층을 교대로 차지하도록 오프셋된 패턴으로 형성된 2개의 상기 소선을 서로 상기 소정 슬롯피치 오프셋하여 상기 직선부를 겹쳐서 배열하여 되는 소선쌍이 1슬롯피치 오프셋 되어 상기 소정 슬롯수와 같은수 쌍배열되고, 또한 상기 소선의 단부가 상기 소선군의 양단의 양측으로 뻗어나와서 구성되며, 상기 다상 고정자권선은 상기 고정자철심에 감겨진 상기 소선군을 구성하는 상기 소선의 상기 슬롯으로부터 이 고정자 철심의 축방향의 양단으로 뻗어나오는 단부를 결선하여 구성하고 상기 고정자철심의 양단면부에서 상기 슬롯위에서 되돌려진 상기 소선의 턴부가 원주방향에 늘어서서 코일엔드군을 구성하고 있으며, 상기 코일엔드군을 구성하는 상기 턴부가 절연피막을 갖고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 교류발전기.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 소선이 슬롯의 각각에 슬롯깊이 방향으로 2n개(n:정수)씩 배열되고, 상기 소선의 턴부가 원주방향에 n열로 늘어서서 배열되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 교류발전기.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 소선이 상기 슬롯의 각각에 슬롯깊이 방향으로 2n개(n:2이상의 정수)씩 배열되고, 상기 소선의 턴부가 고정자철심의 축방향에 n층으로 겹쳐져서 원주방향에 배열되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 교류발전기.
