Description
Claims (1)
- 회전주방향에 따라 NS극을 형성하는 회전자와 축방향으로 뻗은 슬로트가 주방향으로 소정피치로 다수형성되고, 상기 회전자에 대향해서 이 회전자의 외주에 배치된 원통상의 고정자철심 및 이 고정자철심에 장착된 고정자권선을 갖는 고정자와, 상기 회전자와 상기 고정자를 지지하는 브래킷과, 상기 회전자의 일단측에 배치된 정류기와, 상기 회전자의 회전에 연동해서 상기 브래킷내에 상기 고정자 및 상기 정류기를 냉각하는 냉각풍의 통풍로를 형성하는 냉각수단을 구비한 교류발전기에서 상기 고정자권선은 다수의 권선을 구비하고 상기 다수의 권선의 각각은 절연피복된 소선이 소정 슬로트수 떨어진 상기 슬로트내에 슬로트 깊이방향에 관해 다른층이 되도록 수납하고 또, 소정슬로트수 떨어진 상기 슬로트내의 다른층 끼리를 슬로트외에서 직렬로 접속해서 상기 고정자철심에 권장된 것으로, 소정 슬로트수 떨어진 상기 슬로트내의 다른층 끼리를 슬로트외에서 직렬로 접속하는 코일엔드는 소정 슬로트수 떨어진 상기 슬로트부터 연출하는 한쌍의 근원부와, 각각의 이 근원부로부터 구부려저 주방향으로 뻗은 한쌍의 경사부와, 이 한쌍의 경사부의 선단끼리를 접속하는 연결부로 된 접속패턴으로 형성되어 있고 상기 고정자권선의 코일엔드군은 상기 고정자철심의 양단면측에서 상기 접속패턴에 형성된 상기 코일엔드가 주방향으로 정렬해서 배열되어 구성되어 있고, 상기 코일엔드군의 적어도 한쪽에서 상기 코일엔드는 인접하는 코일엔드의 상기 경사부끼리를 서로 밀접시켜서 극간없이 주방향으로 배열되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 교류발전기.
