Abstract
Description
Claims (20)
- 폴리아미드 화합물(들)에 의해 변형된 퍼플루오로알킬 물질(들)이 용융물 내에서 반응성 전환을 통해 균질화 되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는, 폴리아미드- 및 퍼플루오로알킬 물질(들)로 된 콤파운드 및 이들 콤파운드와 추가의 중합 물질(들)과의 혼합물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 변형된 퍼플루오로알킬 물질(들)이 기능성 기를 갖고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 콤파운드.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 변형된 퍼플루오로알킬 물질(들)이 기능성 기로서 하나 또는 둘 이상의 카복실 산 기 및/또는 하나 또는 둘 이상의 할로겐화 카복실산 기 및/또는 하나 또는 둘 이상의 퍼플루오로알킬렌 기를 갖고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 콤파운드.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 변형된 퍼플루오로알킬 물질(들)이 0.01 내지 90 중량 %의 분량으로 콤파운드 내에 함유되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 콤파운드.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 변형된 퍼플루오로알킬 물질(들)이 1 내지 70 중량 %의 분량으로 콤파운드 내에 함유되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 콤파운드.
- 지방족 및/또는 부분 방향족 호모- 및/또는 공 폴리아미드 및/또는 폴리에스테르 아미드 및/또는 폴리에테르 아미드 및/또는 폴리에스테르에테르 아미드 및/또는 폴리이디드아미드 및/또는 폴리아미드아민 및/또는 이들 폴리아미드 화합물과 추가의 중합체와의 혼합물 그리고 변형된 퍼플루오로알킬 물질(들)을 일단 또는 다단으로 혼합하고 그때에 또는 거기에 이어서 반응적으로 전환시키는 것을 특징으로 하는, 제 1 항에 의한 콤파운드의 제조 방법.
- 제 6 항에 있어서, 폴리아미드 화합물(들)이, 폴리올레핀(들) 및/또는 폴리비닐 화합물(들) 및/또는 폴리에스테르 및 폴리카보네이트와 같은 다중 축합물(들) 및/또는 폴리우레탄과 같은 다중 부가 화합물(들)과의 혼합물로, 출발 물질로서 사용되거나, 또는 혼합 중 첨가되거나, 또는 용융물의 혼합 후 첨가되거나, 또는 후속 단계에서 콤파운드와 반응되게 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 6 항에 있어서, 폴리아미드 화합물(들)로서 폴리아미드 6 및/또는 폴리아미드 6,6 및/또는 폴리아미드 12가 순수 형태로 또는 충전된 및/또는 보강된 재료로 사용되는 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 6 항에 있어서, 혼합(배합)은 단일- 및/또는 이중 나선 압출기 및/또는 혼련기 및/또는 사출 성형기의 가소화 장치 내에서 수행하는 것을 특징으로 하는방법.
- 제 6 항에 있어서, 반응 전환은 용융물 중에서 행해지는데, 전환은 적어도 폴리아미드 화합물(들)의 융점 이상, 바람직하게는 200℃ 이상의 온도에서 행해지는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 6 항에 있어서, 반응성 전환 전에 및/또는 중에 및/또는 후에 반응 물질에의 첨가 혼합을 실시하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 6 항에 있어서, 추가의 반응 전환을 혼합 중에 또는 그 후에 실시하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 6 항에 있어서, 퍼플루오로알킬 물질(들)로서 방사 화학적으로 분해되고 변형된 퍼플루오로 카본(탄화 퍼플루오르)을 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 13 항에 있어서, 퍼플루오로알킬 물질(들)로서 방사 화학적으로 분해되고 변형된 퍼플루오로 PTFE를 바람직하게는 미세 분말로서 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 13 항에 있어서, PTFE로서, 50 kGy 이상의 빔 조사량으로, 바람직하게는100 kGy 이상의 빔 조사량으로 분해되고 변형된 PTFE를 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 13 항에 있어서, PTFE를, 반응물의 존재 하에, 바람직하게는 산소 유입 하에서 방사 화학적으로 분해하고 변형시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 6 항에 있어서, 폴리아미드 화합물(들)과 퍼플루오로알킬 물질(들)로 된 콤파운드가, 폴리올레핀 형 및/또는 비닐형의 추가 중합체와 및/또는 다중 축합물(들)과 및/또는 다중 부가 화합물(들)과 배합 중에 또는 후속 처리 단계에서 혼합물을 형성하면서 반응하며 및/또는 반응 물질과 혼합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 콤팩트 물질로서 및/또는 표면 수정 성분으로서 및/또는 배합 성분으로서 및/또는 결합 재료로서 및/또는 첨가제로서 사용되는, 제 6 항에 따라 제조되는 제 1 항에 의한 콤파운드의 이용.
- 제 18 항에 있어서, 순수 물질로 또는 추가/성분 재료로서 슬라이드 베어링에 또는 슬라이드 필름에 또는 슬라이드 포일에 또는 슬라이드 라커에 또는 소유성의 및/또는 소수성의 또는 그런 성질을 갖춘 부분 재료 또는 콤팩트 재료에 또는 성형 부재에 또는 섬유 사- 및/또는 플리스- 또는 기타 직물 표면 형성물에 또는 다층 (포일) 재료에 또는 막에, 또는 라커 첨가제로서 또는 라커 물질로서 사용되는 이용.
- 제 18 항에 있어서, 열가소성 용융물로서 및/또는 반응성 물질로서 및/또는 용액으로서 및/또는 용액으로부터 추가 마무리 처리되는 이용.
