- 리튬을 흡장, 방출할 수 있는 탄소재료의 적어도 표면 일부분에 리튬과의 합금화가 가능한 금속에 의해 형성되는 비정질 금속화합물을 피복해서 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 2차 전지용 부극 재료.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 탄소 재료의 적어도 표면 일부분에 상기 금속화합물의 박막을 피복해서 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 2차 전지용 부극 재료.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서,상기 금속화합물은 Sn, Ag, Fe, Pd, Pb, Al, Si, In, Ni, Cu, Co, Zn, Cd 중 1 종 또는 2종 이상의 금속을 포함해서 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 2차 전지용 부극 재료.
- 제 1항 내지 제 3항의 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 금속화합물은 지방산 금속염을 열처리해서 얻어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 2차 전지용 부극 재료.
- 제 4항에 있어서,상기 지방산 금속염이 초산주석인 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 2차 전지용 부극 재료.
- 제 1항 내지 제 5항의 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 금속화합물은 적어도 SnO2또는 SnO의 어느 한 쪽 또는 양쪽을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 2차 전지용 부극 재료.
- 청구항 1 내지 청구항 6의 어느 한 항에 기재된 리튬 2차 전지용 부극 재료를 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 2차 전지용 전극.
- 청구항 1 내지 청구항 6의 어느 한 항에 기재된 리튬 2차 전지용 부극 재료를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 2차 전지용 전지.
- 지방산 금속염과 탄소 재료를 혼합해서 상기 지방산 금속염을 상기 탄소재료에 부착하고, 상기 지방산 금속염이 부착된 탄소재료를 열처리해서 상기 지방산 금속염을 비정질 금속화합물로 형성하는 것에 의해 당해 금속 화합물에 의해 적어도 표면의 일부가 피복된 탄소재료를 얻는 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 2차 전지용 부극 재료의 제조 방법.
- 제 9항에 있어서,상기 지방산 금속염의 수용액을 상기 탄소재료에 부착시켜 건조한 것에 의해 상기 지방산 금속염을 상기 탄소재료에 부착시켜서 상기 열처리를 행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 2차 전지용 부극 재료의 제조 방법.
- 제 9항 또는 제 10항에 있어서,상기 지방산 금속염은 Sn, Ag, Fe, Pd, Pb, Al, Si, In, Ni, Cu, Co, Zn, Cd 중 1종 또는 2종 이상의 금속을 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 2차 전지용 부극 재료의 제조 방법.
- 제 1항 내지 제 11항의 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 지방산 금속염이 초산 주석인 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 2차 전지용 부극 재료의 제조 방법.
- 제 9항 내지 제 12항의 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 금속화합물은 적어도 SnO2또는 SnO의 어느 한 쪽 또는 양 쪽을 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 2차 전지용 부극 재료의 제조 방법.
- 상기 열처리의 열처리 온도가 250 ℃ 이상 800 ℃ 이하의 범위인 것을 특징으로 하는 청구항 12에 기재된 리튬 2차 전지용 부극 재료의 제조 방법.
