Description
Claims (10)
- 금속 염화물 가스와 환원성 가스를 환원반응 온도역에서 접촉시킴으로써 금속분말을 생성시켜, 상기 금속분말에 불활성 가스를 접촉시킴으로써 상기 환원반응 온도역에서 적어도 800℃까지, 30℃/초 이상의 냉각속도로 냉각하는 것을 특징으로 하는 금속분말의 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 금속분말은 니켈인 것을 특징으로 하는 금속분말의 제조방법.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서, 상기 불활성 가스는 질소가스 또는 아르곤 가스인 것을 특징으로 하는 금속분말의 제조방법.
- 제 1항 내지 제 3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 환원반응 온도역은 900∼1200℃인 것을 특징으로 하는 금속분말의 제조방법.
- 제 1항 내지 제 4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 환원온도에서 400℃까지 30℃/초 이상의 냉각속도로 냉각하는 것을 특징으로 하는 금속분말의 제조방법.
- 제 1항 내지 제 5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 냉각속도를 50∼200℃/초로 한 것을 특징으로 하는 금속분말의 제조방법.
- 제1항 내지 제 6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 냉각속도로 실온에서 150℃의 온도범위까지 냉각하는 것을 특징으로 하는 금속분말의 제조방법.
- 제1항 내지 제 7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 생성되는 금속분말의 1g당 불활성 가스를 10∼50Nl/분의 유량으로 공급하는 것을 특징으로 하는 금속분말의 제조방법.
- 제1항 내지 제 8항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 불활성 가스의 온도를 0∼80℃로 설정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 금속분말의 제조방법.
- 제1항 내지 제 9항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 금속에 염소가스를 접촉시켜 금속 염화물 가스를 발생시켜, 이 금속 염화물 가스를 직접 환원공정으로 공급하여 환원성 가스를 환원반응 온도역에서 접촉시킴으로써 금속분말을 생성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 금속분말의 제조방법.
