Claims (16)
- 코크스로의 연소실 벽돌의 부분열간 교체조적 보수방법에 있어서,노내의 벽돌 보수공간을 단열하고, 보수하여야 할 벽체를 복수의 적층부분으로 분할하며, 벽체 보수부를 해체 제거한 후,노의 외부에서 형성한 상기 적층부분에 대응하는 형상을 갖는 복수의 벽돌을 조합시킨 내화물 집합체를 노내로 반입하고,그 내화물 집합체로써 상기 벽체를 축조하는 것을 특징으로 하는 코크스로의 보수방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 내화물 집합체를 노내로 반입할 때, 코크스로의 연소실 천정의 투시구멍을 통해서 설치된 천정 현수기구에 고정된 노내의 빔과,그 노내의 빔으로부터 노의 외부로 뻗어나는 노외의 빔과,상기 노내의 빔 및 상기 노외의 빔을 따라서 이동하며, 달아맨 짐을 승강시키는 현수장치와,그 현수장치에서 매달아 내린 벽돌지지장치로 이루워지는 코크스로에의 벽돌 반입장치를 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 코크스로의 보수방법.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 코크스로에의 벽돌 반입장치가 노내 빔 및 노외 빔의 코크스로의 연소실 끝부에 해당하는 위치에 굴곡힌지와 직선 접속구조를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 코크스로의 보수방법.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 코크스로에의 벽돌 반입장치가 노내 빔 및 노외 빔의 코크스로의 연소실 끝부에 해당하는 위치에 상호 접속고정부를 구비하며,또한, 노외 빔이 노의 끝부를 따라서 노의 폭방향으로 주행이 가능한 대차위에 설치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 코크스로의 보수방법.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 코크스로에의 벽돌 반입장치가 벽돌 지지장치에 코크스로의 연소실부분과 동일한 형상으로 형성된 내화물의 양 측면을 끼는 끼는 부와, 그 끼는 부를 내화물에 압착시키는 고정수단을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 코크스로의 보수방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 내화물 집합체의 각각의 형상이, 보수하여야 할 벽체를 구성하는 각 적층부분과 일치하는 것을 특징으로 하는 코크스로의 보수방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서.상기 내화물 집합체의 적층메지에 스페이서를 배치하고, 상단의 내화물 집합체를 그 스페이서 위에 올려놓고 메지를 시공하는 것을 특징으로 하는 코크스로의 보수방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 내화물 집합체의 각각의 형상이, 보수하여야 할 벽체를 구성하는 각 적층부분의 주체부와 일치하는 것을 특징으로 하는 코크스로의 보수방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 코크스로가 연소실 상부에 수평연도를 갖는 2분할형이며,교체조적부분에 인접하는 비보수부분의 2이상의 플루의 상단을 단열재로 폐쇄하고, 수평연도의 단면을 폐쇄하여 노내의 벽돌 보수공간을 단열하는 것을 특징으로 하는 코크스로의 보수방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 코크스로가 연소실 상부에 수평연도를 갖는 2분할형이며,교체조적부분에 인접하는 플루의 경계벽에 개구하는 가스포트 및 공기포트를 단열재로 폐쇄하여 노내의 벽돌 보수공간을 단열하는 것을 특징으로 하는 코크스로의 보수방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 코크스로가 연소실 상부에 수평연도를 갖는 2분할형이며,교체조적부분에 인접하는 비보수부분의 2 내지 3 플루분의 길이에 해당하는 연소실 외벽면을 덮도록 단열재를 설치하며,그 단열재의 노 길이방향의 끝부에서 보수를 실시할 연소로의 인접하는 연소로의 노구부까지 단열재로 에워싸서 노내의 벽돌 보수공간을 단열하는 것을 특징으로 하는 코크스로의 보수방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 코크스로가 연소실 상부에 수평연도를 갖는 2분할형이며,교체조적부분의 해체에 수반하여 나타나는 연소가스 및 공기의 통로에 상부에서 내려뜨린 뚜껑을 설치하여, 노내의 벽돌 보수공간을 단열하는 것을 특징으로 하는 코크스로의 보수방법.
- 코크스로의 연소실 천정의 투시구멍을 통해서 설치된 천정 현수기구에 고정된 노내의 빔과,그 노내의 빔에서 노외로 뻗어나는 노외의 빔과,상기 노내 빔 및 상기 노외 빔을 따라서 이동하여 달아맨 짐을 승강시키는 현수장치와,상기 현수장치에서 매달아 내린 벽돌지지장치로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 코크스로에의 벽돌 반입장치.
- 제 13 항에 있어서,상기 노내 빔 및 노외 빔의 코크스로의 연소실 끝부에 해당하는 위치에 굴곡힌지와 직선 접속구조를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 코크스로에의 벽돌 반입장치.
- 제 13 항에 있어서,상기 노내 빔 및 노외 빔의 코크스로의 연소실 끝부에 해당하는 위치에 상호 접속고정부를 구비하며,또한, 노외 빔이 노의 끝부를 따라서 노의 폭방향으로 주행이 가능한 대차위에 설치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 코크스로에의 벽돌 반입장치.
- 제 13 항에 있어서,상기 벽돌지지장치에 코크스로의 연소실부분과 동일한 형상으로 형성된 내화물의 양 측면을 끼는 끼는 부와,그 끼는 부를 내화물에 압착시키는 고정수단을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 코크스로에의 벽돌 반입장치.
