Description
Claims (4)
- 케이싱내에 고정측단판의 일면측에 소용돌이형상 돌기가 형성된 고정스크롤과, 선회측단판의 일면측에 소용돌이형상 돌기가 형성되며 또한 이 소용돌이형상 돌기가 상기 고정스크롤의 상기 소용돌이형상 돌기와 조합되어 소용돌이형상의 압축실을 형성함과 동시에 상기 고정스크롤에 대하여 상대적으로 선회하도록 구동되는 선회스크롤과, 상기 선회스크롤과 상기 고정스크롤 사이에 설치되어 상기 선회스크롤 및 상기 고정스크롤의 상대회전을 저지하기 위한 기구를 구비하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 스크롤 압축기.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 고정측단판측에는 그 일직경선상에 한쌍의 제 1 홈이 형성됨과 동시에 상기 선회측단판측에는 그 일직경선상에 한쌍의 제 2 홈이 형성되어 있고, 상기 상대회전을 저지하기 위한 기구가 올덤 커플링이고, 각 소용돌이형상 돌기의 주위로 선회가능하게 배치된 고리형상체와 이 고리형상체의 일방의 단면에 일직경선상에 배치되며, 또한 상기 고정측단판측의 한쌍의 제 1 홈에 상기 고리형상체와 상기 고정스크롤 사이의 상대회전을 저지하도록 걸어맞춤하는 한쌍의 제 1 걸어맞춤돌기와, 상기 고리형상체의 다른 쪽의 단면에 상기 일직경선에 대하여 직교하는 직경선상에 배치되며, 또한 상기 선회측단판측의 한쌍의 제 2 홈에 상기 고리형상체와 상기 선회스크롤 사이의 상대회전을 저지하도록 걸어맞춤하는 한쌍의 제 2 걸어맞춤돌기를 갖는 것인 스크롤 압축기.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 고정측단판 또는 상기 선회측단판에 상기 고리형상체를 매몰시키는 오목부가 형성되어 있는 스크롤 압축기.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 작동가스는 이산화탄소인 스크롤 압축기.
