Claims (12)
- 주 표면들 중의 하나에 제 1 저항성 박막을 구비하는 제 1 시트부재와;가요성을 가지며 주표면들 중의 하나에 제 2 저항성 박막을 갖는 제 2 시트부재와, -제 2 시트부재는 제 1 시트부재와 대향하며, 제 1 저항성 박막과 제 2 저항성 박막이 서로 대향하여 일정한 간격을 갖도록 제 1 시트부재와 제 2 시트부재 사이에 스페이서가 구비되며-;제 2 시트부재의 외부 주표면에 적층되는 제 3 시트부재를 포함하며,제 2 시트부재는 편광특성을 갖고, 제 3 시트부재는 제 2 시트부재보다 낮은 열팽창 계수를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 저항성 박막 터치패널.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,제 3 시트부재는 응력완화 능력을 갖는 접착제를 사용하여 제 2 시트부재의 외부 주표면에 부착되는 것을 특징으로 하는 저항성 박막 터치패널.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,제 3 시트부재는 제 2 시트부재의 외부 주표면에 부착되는 주표면들 중의 하나에서 아크릴 수지로 코팅되는 것을 특징으로 하는 저항성 박막 터치패널.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,제 3 시트부재는 제 2 시트부재보다 흡습성이 덜 한 것을 특징으로 하는 저항성 박막 터치패널.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,제 2 시트부재는 편광자를 포함하는 적어도 2개의 막을 적층함으로써 만들어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 저항성 박막 터치패널.
- 제 5 항에 있어서,제 1 시트부재에 대략 평행하도록 제 1 시트부재의 외부에 제 1 의 1/4 파장판이 배치되고, 제 2 시트부재는 상기 편광기보다 내부 주표면에 더 가깝게 적층되는 제 2 의 1/4 파장판을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 저항성 박막 터치패널.
- 제 6 항에 있어서,제 1 의 1/4 파장판의 광축은 제 1 방향으로 편광기의 편광축과 45도의 각도로 형성되고, 제 2 의 1/4 파장판의 광축은 제 1 방향에 반대인 제 2 방향으로 편광기의 편광축과 45도의 각도로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 저항성 박막 터치패널.
- 제 5 항에 있어서,상기 편광기는 편광특성을 갖는 폴리비닐 알콜막을 트리아세틸아세테이트막들 사이에 끼움으로써 만들어 지며, 제 3 시트부재는 트리아세틸아세테이트막 보다 흡습성이 덜 한 재료로 만들어 지는 것을 특징으로 하는 저항성 박막 터치패널.
- 제 5 항에 있어서,적어도 상기 스페이서의 부분은 액자의 형태로 제 1 및 제 2 시트부재의 가장자리를 따라 형성되며,제 2 시트부재의 내부 주표면에는 제 2 저항성 박막에 전기적으로 접속되고 서로 대향하는 한 쌍의 전극이 형성되고, 상기 편광기의 크기는 상기 편광기의 가장자리가 적어도 전극의 쌍이 위치되는 양면에서 적어도 스페이서의 부분의 내부 가장자리를 넘어 연장되도록 되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 저항성 박막 터치패널.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,제 3 시트부재는 폴리에틸렌 테레프탈레이트막인 것을 특징으로 하는 저항성 박막 터치패널.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,제 1 저항성 박막과 제 2 저항성 박막의 적어도 하나는 반사를 막기 위해 거칠게 되어 있는 주표면을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 저항성 박막 터치패널.
- 제 11 항에 있어서,상기 거친 주표면의 표면 거칠기 Ra는 0.06㎛~3.0㎛의 범위에 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 저항성 박막 터치패널.
