Claims (6)
- 第1基板の一方面上にパターニングされた第1電極及び前記第1電極に電気的に接続する第1引き出し配線を有する第1面状体と、
前記第1面状体の一方面側に配設されるカバーシートと、
前記第1引き出し配線の接続端子とする一端部分が配置される前記第1基板の側縁部の所定領域を除いて前記第1面状体及び前記カバーシートの間に配設される第2面状体と、
前記第1基板の側縁部の前記所定領域と前記カバーシートとの間に形成される間隙部内に介在し、前記第1面状体及び前記カバーシートの側方から外部へ引き出されるフレキシブル配線板と、を備え、
前記フレキシブル配線板は、前記第1面状体が有する前記第1引き出し配線の接続端子上に固定されて前記第1引き出し配線と電気的に接続するコネクタ部を備えており、
前記コネクタ部と前記カバーシートとの間には、前記コネクタ部及び前記カバーシートの双方に当接するスペーサ部材が配置されているタッチパネル。 - 前記スペーサ部材は、前記コネクタ部上に配置されるフィルム体である請求項1に記載のタッチパネル。
- 前記スペーサ部材は、紫外線硬化樹脂により形成されている請求項1に記載のタッチパネル。
- 前記スペーサ部材は、平面視において、前記フレキシブル配線板のコネクタ部の横幅よりも大きくなるように形成されている請求項1から3のいずれかに記載のタッチパネル。
- 前記スペーサ部材は、前記カバーシート或いは前記コネクタ部のいずれか一方に固定されて配置されている請求項1から4のいずれかに記載のタッチパネル。
- 第1基板の一方面上にパターニングされた第1電極及び前記第1電極に電気的に接続する第1引き出し配線を有する第1面状体と、第2面状体とを、前記第1引き出し配線の接続端子とする一端部分が配置される前記第1基板の側縁部の所定領域を露出した状態で粘着層を介して貼着する面状体貼着ステップと、
フレキシブル配線板のコネクタ部を、前記第1面状体が有する前記第1引き出し配線の接続端子上に接続するフレキシブル配線板接続ステップと、
前記第1引き出し配線の接続端子上に接続する前記コネクタ部の上方にスペーサ部材を積層して貼着するスペーサ貼着ステップと、
前記第2面状体の露出面に粘着層を介在させて、前記第2面状体及び前記スペーサ部材の上方にカバーシートを積層して貼着するカバーシート貼着ステップと、を備えるタッチパネルの製造方法。
