Claims (5)
- 피복 분산액을 흡입하에 유동 채널을 통해 0.1 내지 1m/s의 유속으로 배출시키고 흡입하에 통과를 완료한 후, 과량의 피복 분산액을 하부로부터 흡입 임펄스를 적용시킴으로써 유동 채널로부터 제거하고, 흡입 공기를 흡입하에 유동 채널을 통해 40 내지 1m/s의 유속으로 배출시키고 공기 스트림과 함께 방출된 과량의 피복 분산액이 촉매 담체로부터 방출된 후 100ms 미만의 시간 내에 공기 스트림으로부터 분리시킴을 특징으로 하여, 원통형 담체의 축을 수직으로 정렬하고 저장 용기로부터의 예측된 양의 피복 분산액을 담체의 상부 말단면에 놓고 흡입하에 유동 채널을 통해 분산액을 배출시키고 흡입하에 유동 채널을 비움으로써 유동 채널로부터 과량의 피복 분산액을 제거하고 과량의 분산액을 저장 용기로 복귀시키고 하소시켜 분산액 피복층을 고정시킴으로써 피복 분산액으로 원통의 축에 대해 평행으로 배열된 유동 채널에 의해 서로 연결된 두개의 말단면을 갖는 일체식 원통형의 촉매 담체내의 유동 채널을 피복하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 피복 분산액의 예측된 양이 유동 채널의 프리 용적의 0.5 내지 2배가 됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 유동 채널을 정화시키는 공기의 양이 유동 채널의 프리 용적의 100 내지 1000배에 상응함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 촉매적 활성 귀금속을 이미 함유하는 피복 분산액이 사용됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 귀금속을 함유하는 피복 분산액을 적용시키기 전에, 귀금속을 함유하지 않는 피복 분산액으로의 예비피복이 동일한 공정을 사용하여 수행됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
