Claims (17)
- 아세토니트릴의 존재 하에 과산화수소를 산화제로서 사용해서 탄소-탄소 이중결합을 갖는 유기 화합물의 그 탄소-탄소 이중결합을 에폭시화하는 에폭시 화합물의 제조방법에 있어서, 알콜을 포함하는 용매를 사용해서 반응계 내의 아세토니트릴의 농도를 0.6∼5mol/L의 범위 내로 제어하면서 반응을 진행시키고,
상기 반응 진행 중의 반응액의 pH는 9~11의 범위 내이고, 반응액의 pH를 10~11의 범위로 제어하는 공정을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 에폭시 화합물의 제조방법. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 반응에 사용되는 과산화수소의 총 사용량에 대한 아세토니트릴의 총 사용량의 비율(아세토니트릴/과산화수소(몰비))은 0.6∼2의 범위 내인 것을 특징으로 하는 에폭시 화합물의 제조방법. - 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 반응에 사용되는 탄소-탄소 이중결합을 갖는 유기 화합물의 총 사용량에 대한 아세토니트릴의 총 사용량의 비율(아세토니트릴/탄소-탄소 이중결합을 갖는 유기 화합물의 탄소-탄소 이중결합(몰비))은 1.2∼5의 범위 내인 것을 특징으로 하는 에폭시 화합물의 제조방법. - 삭제
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 알콜은 탄소수 1∼4의 알콜에서 선택되는 적어도 1종인 것을 특징으로 하는 에폭시 화합물의 제조방법. - 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 반응액의 온도를 20∼100℃의 범위로 제어하는 것을 특징으로 하는 에폭시 화합물의 제조방법. - 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 반응의 진행에 따라 반응계 내의 아세토니트릴의 농도는 0.6mol/L 미만이 되기 전에 5mol/L 이하의 농도가 되도록 아세토니트릴을 추가 첨가하는 것을 특징으로 하는 에폭시 화합물의 제조방법. - 제 3 항에 있어서,
상기 반응의 진행에 따라 반응계 내의 아세토니트릴의 농도는 0.6mol/L 미만이 되기 전에 5mol/L 이하의 농도가 되도록 아세토니트릴을 추가 첨가하는 것을 특징으로 하는 에폭시 화합물의 제조방법. - 삭제
- 제 5 항에 있어서,
상기 반응의 진행에 따라 반응계 내의 아세토니트릴의 농도는 0.6mol/L 미만이 되기 전에 5mol/L 이하의 농도가 되도록 아세토니트릴을 추가 첨가하는 것을 특징으로 하는 에폭시 화합물의 제조방법. - 제 6 항에 있어서,
상기 반응의 진행에 따라 반응계 내의 아세토니트릴의 농도는 0.6mol/L 미만이 되기 전에 5mol/L 이하의 농도가 되도록 아세토니트릴을 추가 첨가하는 것을 특징으로 하는 에폭시 화합물의 제조방법. - 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 탄소-탄소 이중결합을 갖는 유기 화합물은 알릴에테르기를 2개 이상 갖는 유기 화합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 에폭시 화합물의 제조방법. - 제 8 항에 있어서,
상기 탄소-탄소 이중결합을 갖는 유기 화합물은 알릴에테르기를 2개 이상 갖는 유기 화합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 에폭시 화합물의 제조방법. - 제 12 항에 있어서,
상기 알릴에테르기를 2개 이상 갖는 유기 화합물은 비스페놀 A형 디알릴에테르, 비스페놀 F형 디알릴에테르, 테트라메틸비페놀 디알릴에테르, 및 지방족 폴리알릴에테르로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 적어도 1종인 것을 특징으로 하는 에폭시 화합물의 제조방법. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 탄소-탄소 이중결합을 갖는 유기 화합물은 비스페놀 A형 디알릴에테르 및/또는 비스페놀 F형 디알릴에테르이고, 상기 반응계 내의 아세토니트릴의 농도는 0.6∼2mol/L의 범위 내인 것을 특징으로 하는 에폭시 화합물의 제조방법. - 제 1 항, 제 2 항, 또는 제 15 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 아세토니트릴은 소하이오법에 의한 아크릴로니트릴 제조의 부생성물로서 얻어진 조제 아세토니트릴인 것을 특징으로 하는 에폭시 화합물의 제조방법. - 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,
반응 초기 단계의 반응액의 pH는 9∼10의 범위 내인 것을 특징으로 하는 에폭시 화합물의 제조방법.
