Claims (26)
- a. 체외 안지오텐신전환효소(ACE)-억제 활성, 체내 항고혈압 활성 및 항산화 활성 중에서 선택되는 어느 하나 이상의 활성을 갖고,b. 펩신-가수분해 우유 카제인 효소 가수분해물에 존재하고,c. N-말단으로부터 제 2 위치에 제 1 타이로신 잔기, N-말단으로부터 제 4 위치 또는 제 5 위치에 제 2 타이로신 잔기 및 C-말단 트리펩티드 서열에 프롤린, 류신 및 타이로신으로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 2개 이상의 소수성 아미노산 잔기를 포함하고,d. SEQ. ID. No. 12 또는 SEQ. ID. No. 13인 아미노산 서열을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 생물활성 펩티드.

- 제 1 항에 기재된 생물활성 펩티드의 제조방법으로서:a. 카제인 또는 전체 우유를 물 또는 완충액에 pH 2.0∼3.0로 조절하면서 용해시키거나 또는 분산시켜 혼합물을 얻고,b. 상기 카제인 또는 전체 우유 중에 존재하는 단백질을 소화할 수 있는 단백질 분해 효소 또는 단백질 분해 미생물을 상기 혼합물에 첨가하고,c. 상기 단백질 분해 효소 또는 상기 단백질 분해 미생물을 10분 내지 24시간동안 상기 단백질과 반응시켜 상기 생물활성 펩티드를 얻는 것을 특징으로 하는 생물활성 펩티드의 제조방법.
- 제 11 항에 있어서, 상기 혼합물을 pH 3.0 으로 조절하고, 상기 단백질 분해 효소를 30분 내지 3시간동안 상기 단백질과 반응시키고, 상기 단백질 분해 효소는 펩신이고, 상기 펩신은 효소-단백질 비율 3.7/100(p/p)으로 상기 혼합물에 첨가되는 것을 특징으로 하는 생물활성 펩티드의 제조방법.
