Claims (11)
- 백 라이트 유닛의 상면에 액정 표시 패널을 적층시키는 단계;
상기 백 라이트 유닛과 상기 액정 표시 패널을 샤시에 고정시키는 단계; 및
상기 백 라이트 유닛과 액정 표시 패널을 포함하는 일 측면과 샤시 사이에 120-130℃에서 점도가 300 내지 1,000cps인 열가소성 수지를 주입하는 단계를 포함하는 모듈 조립 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 적층시키는 단계는 림(rim) 테이프를 사용하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 모듈 조립 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 적층시키는 단계는 상기 백 라이트 유닛과 액정 표시 패널을 포함하는 일 측면에 광경화형 점착제 조성물을 도포하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 모듈 조립 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 고정시키는 단계는 상기 백 라이트 유닛과 액정 표시 패널을 포함하는 일 측면과 상기 샤시 사이에 광경화형 점착제 조성물을 주입하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 모듈 조립 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 열가소성 수지는 핫멜트형 실리콘 접착제, 에틸렌 초산 비닐 수지, 에틸렌 무초산 수지, 아크릴 수지, 페놀 수지 및 에폭시 수지로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 1종 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 모듈 조립 방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 핫멜트형 실리콘 접착제는 중량분자량이 10,000~ 200,000 g/mol인 것을 특징으로 하는 모듈 조립 방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 에틸렌 초산 비닐 수지는 중량평균 분자량이 10,000 ~ 50,000 g/mol인 것을 특징으로 하는 모듈 조립 방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 페놀 수지는 노볼락형 페놀 수지 및 레졸형 페놀 수지로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 1종 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 모듈 조립 방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 에폭시 수지는 비스페놀 A형 에폭시 수지 및 비스페놀 F형 에폭시 수지로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 1종 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 모듈 조립 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 열가소성 수지는 차광 안료를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 모듈 조립 방법.
- 제10항에 있어서, 상기 차광 안료는 블랙 안료 및 백색 안료로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 1종 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 모듈 조립 방법.
