Abstract

本发明公开了一种液晶显示模组,是针对显示模组与背光模组贴合时,为了解决容易剥离的问题,而于遮光胶带所开设之缺口,容易于运送过程中因脏污、水气或是异物等的侵入而造成影响其质量的问题,而于显示模组与背光模组贴合后,利用胶体将缺口予以密封,使得液晶显示模组于运送过程中免于遭受污染,进而能够确保产品质量及维持生产良率,减少报废品的产生。

液晶显示模组
技术领域
本发明是有关一种液晶显示模组,特别是指一种针对其遮光胶带之缺口予以密封的液晶显示模组。
背景技术
拜科技进步所赐,人们生活上处处可见可携式电子装置的踪影,举凡笔记本电脑、平板计算机、智能型手机等,且随着使用者的依赖程度提高,可携式电子装置的功能也随之日益强大;此类产品的共通特点为具有显示屏幕,而能够展示各种多媒体影音给予用户。
最常见者为液晶显示屏幕,其中液晶显示模组(LCD Module;LCM)是由显示模组(Cell Module)与背光模组(Backlight Module;BLU)组合而成,其藉由遮光胶带(Masking Tape)来加以贴合。然而,因为是两片板材相互面接合,且遮光胶带围绕之处为封闭的区域,因此很容易于其内部产生空气的堆积,导致贴合后较大气压的累积,使得液晶显示模组很容易会产生剥离的现象。
为了解决此一问题,一般的作法为将遮光胶带破开一个小缺口,以解决在全贴合过程中出现的容易剥离问题。然而,也因为此一缺口的存在,会使得原本显示模组与背光模组之间的密闭空隙与外界相通,因此在组装运输过程中,脏污、水气或是异物等很容易藉由此一缺口侵入显示模组与背光模组之间的空隙,严重影响液晶显示模组的质量,更甚者会造成需要予以报废,不仅影响良率,同时也会造成额外不必要的制造成本支出。
发明内容
鉴于以上的问题,本发明的主要目的在于提供一种液晶显示模组,藉以大体上解决先前技术存在的缺失,使显示模组与背光模组之间的空隙与外界完全隔绝,避免脏污、水气、异物等侵入,提高产品质量。
因此,为实现上述目的,本发明提供一种液晶显示模组,包含有显示模组与背光模组,显示模组利用遮光胶带固定于背光模组,其特征在于:遮光胶带具有至少一个缺口,且缺口利用胶体予以密封。
根据上述结构的本发明的具体实例,其中胶体是为热固型胶体。
根据上述结构的本发明的具体实例,其中胶体是为光固型胶体。
根据上述结构的本发明的具体实例,其中胶体是为双剂型固化胶。
根据上述结构的本发明的具体实例,其中遮光胶带具有复数个缺口。
根据上述结构的本发明的具体实例,其中此些缺口是将遮光胶带区隔为复数段胶带。
根据上述结构的本发明的具体实例,其中此些缺口是规则分布于遮光胶带。
根据上述结构的本发明的具体实例,其中胶体是于显示模组贴合固定于背光模组后,方施加于缺口。
根据上述结构的本发明的具体实例,其中遮光胶带是为仅具有缺口之环状带体,藉以使显示模组贴合固定于背光模组。
根据上述结构的本发明的具体实例,其中胶体是将缺口密封,使显示模组与背光模组之间形成密闭状态。
底下藉由具体实施例详加说明,当更容易了解本发明之目的、技术内容、特点及其所达成之功效。

具体实施方式
应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
请参照图1A、1B,绘示本发明所提供的液晶显示模组的分解示意图以及侧面示意图。
液晶显示模组(LCD Module;LCM)包含有显示模组(Cell Module)20与背光模组(Backlight Module;BLU)10,且显示模组20藉由遮光胶带(MaskingTape)30来贴合于背光模组10上;其中,遮光胶带30黏贴设置于背光模组10靠近周缘的位置,换句话说,也就是沿着其边缘来黏贴,然后藉以将显示模组20与背光模组10予以贴合;背光模组10藉由塑框(Bezel)11、以及框架(frame)12来加以支撑,而显示模组20可包含有依序设置的上偏光片21、彩色滤光片22、液晶数组23、以及下偏光片24,由图上可以看出遮光胶带30是设置于下偏光片24以及框架12之间,而原则上遮光胶带30以不超过框架12的边缘为限。在此需特别注意,图中所绘示仅为本发明所揭露的液晶显示模组(LCM)的部份,并非完整的液晶显示器(屏幕)。
如前所述,遮光胶带30具有缺口31,故其为仅具有缺口之环状带体,藉此缺口31而可使得显示模组20贴合于背光模组10后,能够维持紧密贴合的状态不易剥离。接续请参阅图2,当显示模组20与背光模组10贴合后,利用胶体40予以密封缺口31,使得显示模组20与背光模组10之间形成密闭状态,防止脏污、水气或是异物等藉由缺口31侵入的可能性,因此能维持液晶显示模组的质量状态,降低可能因此导致产品报废的可能性,进而提升良率与降低相关制造衍生成本。
而胶体40的部份,可为热固型胶体、光固型胶体或是双剂型固化胶(AB胶)等,其中热固型胶体可能为环氧树脂、酚醛树脂、脲醛树脂、三聚氰-甲醛树脂、有机硅树脂、呋喃树脂、不饱和聚酯、丙烯酸树脂、聚酰亚胺、聚苯并咪唑、酚醛-聚乙烯醇缩醛、酚醛-聚酰胺、酚醛-环氧树脂、环氧-聚酰胺等材料;而光固型胶体又可称为紫外光硬化胶(UV胶),包括甲基丙烯酸树脂、不饱和聚酯等材料;双剂型固化胶(AB胶)可为环氧树脂与胺基树脂,藉由两剂混合产生的交联作用之聚合反应,来产生固化的效果。当然上述胶体的材料仅为示意,并非用以限定仅能使用此些材料。
另一方面,遮光胶带30之缺口31的数量、位置也并非限定如第1图所示的态样,缺口31可根据需要而设计为两个(见图3A)或是四个(见图3B)等复数个的型态,且其位置可为规则排列而将遮光胶带30区隔为复数段胶带;相同地,缺口31的数量、位置可根据液晶显示模组的实际需要来设计,上述说明仅为配合图式来加以阐述,并非用以限定本发明之应用范围。
同时,液晶显示模组的形状也并非限定如前述图式中所绘示的长方形,也可以根据实际状况为其他几何形状(见图4A、4B)。
综上所述,根据本发明所提供的液晶显示模组,针对旧有遮光胶带上需要具有缺口来使显示模组与背光模组来紧密贴合而衍生的种种缺失,利用胶体于显示模组与背光模组贴合后将缺口密封,使其能够维持密闭状态,防止脏污、水气或是异物等藉由缺口侵入的可能性,因此能维持液晶显示模组的质量状态,降低可能因此导致产品报废的可能性,进而提升良率与降低相关制造衍生成本。

Claims (10)

1.一种液晶显示模组,是包含有一显示模组与一背光模组,该显示模组利用一遮光胶带固定于该背光模组,其特征在于:
该遮光胶带具有至少一缺口,且该缺口利用一胶体予以密封。
2.如权利要求1所述的液晶显示模组,其特征在于,该胶体是为热固型胶体。
3.如权利要求1所述的液晶显示模组,其特征在于,该胶体是为光固型胶体。
4.如权利要求1所述的液晶显示模组,其特征在于,该胶体是为双剂型固化胶。
5.如权利要求1所述的液晶显示模组,其特征在于,该遮光胶带具有复数个缺口。
6.如权利要求5所述的液晶显示模组,其特征在于,该些缺口是将该遮光胶带区隔为复数段胶带。
7.如权利要求5所述的液晶显示模组,其中该些缺口是规则分布于该遮光胶带。
8.如权利要求1所述的液晶显示模组,其特征在于,该胶体是于该显示模组贴合固定于该背光模组后,方施加于该缺口。
9.如权利要求1所述的液晶显示模组,其特征在于,该遮光胶带是为仅具有该缺口之环状带体,藉以使该显示模组贴合固定于该背光模组。
10.如权利要求9所述的液晶显示模组,其特征在于,该胶体是将该缺口密封,使该显示模组与该背光模组之间形成密闭状态。
