技术领域
本发明涉及一种显示屏,尤其涉及一种触控显示屏。
背景技术
随着电子科技的进步,对于显示屏的需求也日益增加,尤其是对于触控显示屏的需求,例如手机,电视,游戏机,电脑等电子装置。然而,目前的显示屏通常利用背胶将泡棉粘贴于框架上,泡棉无法粘贴平整,使得泡棉与框架之间容易产生气泡,导致显示屏产生水波纹。
发明内容
有鉴于此,有必要提供一种贴合平整的显示屏。
一种显示屏,包括显示模组、第一框架和第一缓冲件,所述显示模组收容于所述第一框架内,所述显示模组包括背光模块,该背光模块的底部设置有反射片,所述第一缓冲件设置于所述反射片上。
所述显示屏通过在反射片上直接设置泡棉,使得反射片与泡棉连接处更加平整,不会产生气泡,避免了显示屏产生水波纹。

具体实施方式
请参阅图1与图2,本发明第一较佳实施例揭示一种显示屏100,该显示屏100是手机、电脑、电视或游戏机的触控显示屏。该显示屏100包括基板10、显示模组、第一缓冲件40、第一框架50和第二框架60。所述显示模组包括显示面板20和背光模块30。
请一并参阅图3,所述基板10与所述显示面板20平行,并设置于所述显示面板20上方。所述基板10为一长方体。该基板10的形状尺寸大于所述显示面板20的形状尺寸。所述基板10是透明基板,例如玻璃基板或是陶瓷基板等透明基板。优选地,该基板10为玻璃基板。
所述显示面板20优选为液晶显示面板。该显示面板20包括依次叠设的上偏光板21、彩色滤光片22、薄膜晶体管23和下偏光板24。所述基板10与所述上偏光板21通过第一胶层91粘贴固定。该第一胶层91与所述上偏光板21形状大小大致相同,设置于所述基板10与所述上偏光板21之间。该优选地,该第一胶层91为光学胶。所述上偏光板21、彩色滤光片22、薄膜晶体管23和下偏光板24相互平行,并接触设置。所述上偏光板21与下偏光板24的形状尺寸大致相同。所述彩色滤光片22与薄膜晶体管23的形状尺寸大致相同。所述上偏光板21与下偏光板24的形状尺寸小于所述彩色滤光片22与薄膜晶体管23的形状尺寸。所述彩色滤光片22包括遮光部25,该遮光部25用以防止漏光,提高颜色对比度。该遮光部25位于彩色滤光片22朝向薄膜晶体管23的表面,且位于该表面的周缘。较佳的,该遮光部25为黑色矩阵。
所述背光模块30设置于所述显示面板20下方,该背光模块30包括依次叠设的光学膜片31、导光板32和反射片33,具体的,所述光学膜片31、导光板32和反射片33相互平行并接触设置。所述光学膜片31和导光板32的形状尺寸大致相同,且均小于所述反射片33的形状尺寸。所述光学膜片31包括依次叠设的上增亮膜34、下增亮膜35和扩散片36,所述上增亮膜34、下增亮膜35和扩散片36相互平行并接触设置。所述上增亮膜34、下增亮膜35和扩散片36的形状尺寸大致相同。
所述第一缓冲件40与所述光学膜片31平行,且该第一缓冲件40设置于所述反射片33的底面。该第一缓冲件40的形状尺寸与反射片33的形状尺寸大致相同。在其他可替代的实施例中,该第一缓冲件40的形状尺寸也可以大于或小于反射片33的形状尺寸。所述第一缓冲件40具有粘性,以通过其粘性直接粘贴设置于所述反射片33的底面。在本实施例中,所述第一缓冲件40为亚克力泡棉。
所述第一框架50收容所述显示面板20、背光模块30、第一缓冲件40和第二框架60。该第一框架50为一端开口,一端封闭的框体。该第一框架50包括底板51、顶框52及收容部53。该底板51与所述第一缓冲件40平行。该顶框52设置于底板51的周缘,与底板51大致垂直,并由底板51的周缘延伸。如此,顶框52与底板51共同围成所述收容部53,以收容显示面板20、背光模块30、第一缓冲件40和第二框架60。所述底板51位于所述第一缓冲件40下方,且与该第一缓冲件40的下表面间隔设置。所述顶框52环绕所述显示面板20和背光模块30设置。该顶框52的顶面与基板10的底面通过第二胶层92粘贴固定,以共同封闭所述显示面板20、背光模块30、第一缓冲件40和第二框架60。该第二胶层92为一中空的矩形片状结构,其形状大小与所述顶框52的形状大小大致相同,设置于该顶框52与基板10之间。优选地,所述第二胶层92为背胶层。
所述第二框架60收容所述显示面板20及背光模块30,以形成一模组化的显示模组。该第二框架60为两端开口的框体,包括底框61、侧框62及容置部63。该底框61为一中空的框体,其中部贯通开设第一容置部631。该侧框62设置于底框61的周缘,与底框61大致垂直,并由底框61的周缘延伸,侧框62中部贯通开设第二容置部632。所述容置部63包括该第一容置部631与第二容置部632,分别用以收容背光模块30和显示面板20。该底框61位于所述下偏光板24下方,环绕所述背光模块30设置。该底框61的顶面和所述上增亮膜34的顶面平齐,该底框61的底面和所述反射片33的底面平齐。该显示面板20、背光模块30与第二框架60之间还设置有胶带93,一方面用以固接显示面板20、背光模块30与第二框架60,另一方面还用于防止显示面板20、背光模块30与第二框架60之间的间隙处漏光。具体的,该底框61的顶面和上增亮膜34的顶面与所述下偏光板24的底面之间设置有胶带93。该胶带93大致为一中空的矩形片状结构。该胶带93的形状大小略大与所述下偏光板24和上增亮膜34的形状大小,将下偏光板24与底框61和上增亮膜34粘贴固定。优选的,该胶带93为遮光胶带,用以更好的防止下偏光板24与底框61和上增亮膜34的间隙处漏光。该底框61的底面与所述底板51的顶面间隔设置。该底框61的底面邻近内周缘处还设置有一凹槽64,该凹槽64与容置部63贯通,用于收容反射片33。优选的,该凹槽64的形状尺寸与所述反射片33的形状尺寸大致相同,用以恰好容置所述反射片33。可以理解,当第一缓冲件40的形状尺寸大于所述反射片33时,所述第一缓冲件40的顶面还粘贴于底框61的底面。该侧框62环绕所述显示面板20设置。
本发明第一较佳实施例的显示屏100中,第一缓冲件40通过自身粘性直接粘设于反射片33上,相较于将一泡棉层通过背胶贴合于第一框架50的底板51上,其贴合更加平整,不会产生气泡,避免了显示屏100产生水波纹,且缓冲效果较好。
请参阅图4,本发明的第二较佳实施例与本发明的第一较佳实施例基本相同,不同之处仅在于本发明的第二较佳实施例中显示屏100a还包括一传感器膜70。优选地,该传感器膜70为压力触控传感器膜。该传感器膜70通过第三胶层94粘贴于第一缓冲件40的底面上,且与所述底板51间隔设置。在本实施中,该第三胶层94为背胶层。该传感器膜70与所述第一缓冲件40平行。该传感器膜70的形状尺寸与第一缓冲件40的形状尺寸大致相同。当有力作用于所述显示屏100a上时,所述第一缓冲件40受压变形,作用于所述传感器膜70上,该传感器膜70受压从而输出反馈信号。
本发明第二较佳实施例的显示屏100a中,所述第一缓冲件40通过自身粘性直接粘设于反射片33上,另一面采用第三胶层94粘贴所述压力触控传感器膜,相较于将一泡棉层通过背胶贴合于第一框架50的底板51上,其使得贴合更加平整,不会产生气泡,避免了显示屏100a产生水波纹,且缓冲效果较好,使得当所述显示屏受力作用时,所述传感器膜70受力更加均匀。
请参阅图5,本发明的第三较佳实施例的显示屏100b与本发明的第二较佳实施例显示屏100a基本相同,不同之处仅在于本发明的第三较佳实施例中所述显示屏100b还包括第二缓冲件80。该第二缓冲件80夹设于所述传感器膜70与所述底板51之间。进一步的,该第二缓冲件80具有粘性,以通过其粘性直接粘贴设置于传感器膜70和底板51之间,也就是分别与传感器膜70的底面和底板51的顶面直接粘贴,以将所述传感器膜70和底板51固定。该第二缓冲件80与所述第一缓冲件40平行设置。在本实施例中,该第二缓冲件80为亚克力泡棉。该第二缓冲件80的形状尺寸与第一缓冲件40的形状尺寸大致相同。
本发明第三较佳实施例的显示屏100b,在本发明第二较佳实施例的显示屏100a的基础上通过在压力触控传感器膜70和底板51之间设置第二缓冲件80,使得显示屏100b所能承受的压力强度增加,缓冲效果更加良好。
本发明的显示屏100、100a、100b中,所述第一缓冲件40通过自身粘性直接粘设于反射片33上,相较于将一泡棉层通过背胶贴合于第一框架50的底板51上,其使得贴合更加平整,不会产生气泡,避免了显示屏100、100a、100b产生水波纹。
综上所述,尽管为说明目的已经公开了本发明的优选实施例,然而,本发明不只局限于如上所述的实施例,在不超出本发明基本技术思想的范畴内,相关行业的技术人员可对其进行多种变形及应用。
Claims (18)
1.一种显示屏,包括显示模组、第一框架和第一缓冲件,所述显示模组收容于所述第一框架内,所述显示模组包括背光模块,该背光模块的底部设置有反射片,其特征在于:所述第一缓冲件设置于所述反射片上。
2.如权利要求1所述的显示屏,其特征在于:所述第一缓冲件与所述第一框架间隔设置。
3.如权利要求1所述的显示屏,其特征在于:所述显示屏还包括传感器膜,所述传感器膜粘贴于所述第一缓冲件上,并与所述第一框架相间隔。
4.如权利要求3所述的显示屏,其特征在于:所述显示屏还包括第二缓冲件,所述第二缓冲件夹设于传感器膜与第一框架之间。
5.如权利要求1所述的显示屏,其特征在于:所述背光模块还包括光学膜片和导光板,所述光学膜片设置于所述导光板上方,所述导光板设置于所述反射片上方。
6.如权利要求5所述的显示屏,其特征在于:所述光学膜片包括依次叠设的上增亮膜、下增亮膜和扩散片。
7.如权利要求5所述的显示屏,其特征在于:所述显示模组还包括显示面板,所述显示面板设置于所述背光模块上方。
8.如权利要求7所述的显示屏,其特征在于:所述显示面板包括依次叠设的上偏光板、彩色滤光片、薄膜晶体管和下偏光板。
9.如权利要求8所述的显示屏,其特征在于:所述显示屏还包括基板,所述基板设置于所述显示面板的上方,并与所述上偏光板粘贴设置。
10.如权利要求9所述的显示屏,其特征在于:所述第一框架包括底板、顶框和收容部,所述顶框设置于所述底板的周缘,并与该底板构成收容部,以收容显示模组。
11.如权利要求10所述的显示屏,其特征在于:所述显示屏还包括第二框架,所述第二框架包括底框、侧框和容置部,所述侧框设置于所述底框的周缘,所述底框和侧框的中部设置有容置部。
12.如权利要求11所述的显示屏,其特征在于:所述容置部包括第一容置部和第二容置部,该第一容置部贯通所述底框的中部并收容背光模块,该第二容置部贯通所述侧框的中部并收容显示面板。
13.如权利要求11所述的显示屏,其特征在于:所述底框和所述上增亮膜的顶面与下偏光板的底面之间设置有遮光胶带。
14.如权利要求11所述的显示屏,其特征在于:所述彩色滤光片靠近薄膜晶体管及第二框架的位置处设置有黑色矩阵。
15.如权利要求1所述的显示屏,其特征在于:所述第一缓冲件的形状尺寸与反射片的形状尺寸相同。
16.如权利要求11所述的显示屏,其特征在于:所述第一缓冲件的形状尺寸大于或小于所述反射片的形状尺寸,所述底框的底面与第一缓冲件的顶面抵接。
17.如权利要求1所述的显示屏,其特征在于:所述第一缓冲件为亚克力泡棉并通过其粘性直接粘设于所述反射片上。
18.如权利要求4所述的显示屏,其特征在于:所述第二缓冲件为亚克力泡棉并通过其粘性直接粘设于所述传感器膜与所述第一框架之间。
