Abstract
本发明公开了一种背光模组,包括胶框、背板、导光板和光学膜片,所述背板包括相互垂直的竖直板和水平板,所述胶框和所述导光板设于所述背板内,所述光学膜片紧贴于所述胶框和所述导光板的上表面。本发明还提供了一种显示装置,通过将光学膜片紧贴于胶框和导光板的上表面,从而可以缩小胶框的尺寸,实现超窄边框设计。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种显示装置,尤其涉及一种背光模组及显示装置。
背景技术
目前,液晶显示装置作为电子设备的显示部件已经广泛地应用于各种电子产品中,这些电子设备的边框越来越窄,而背光模组则是液晶显示装置中的一个重要部件,其边框也势必要求越来越窄。
一般情况下,背光模组,包括导光板、设置于该导光板周围起支撑固定作用的胶框、灯源柔性电路板以及遮光胶带,灯源柔性电路板通过遮光胶带固定在导光板和胶框上,光学膜片也通过遮光双面胶带固定在胶框上,液晶显示屏则通过双面胶与背光单元四周固定。但是,膜片和胶框等结构的定位方式各不相同,如果它们的定位方式选择不当就可能无法达到预期窄边框设计的要求。
发明内容
鉴于现有技术存在的不足,本发明提供了一种超窄边框的背光模组及显示装置。
为了实现上述的目的,本发明采用了如下的技术方案:
一种背光模组,包括胶框、背板、导光板和光学膜片,所述背板包括相互垂直的竖直板和水平板,所述胶框和所述导光板设于所述背板内,所述光学膜片紧贴于所述胶框和所述导光板的上表面。
其中,所述背光模组还包括遮光片,所述遮光片粘贴于所述光学膜片上表面和所述光学膜片侧面,并部分粘贴于所述背板的所述竖直板上。
其中,所述导光板与所述胶框之间具有间隙。
其中,所述背光模组还包括反射片,所述反射片设置在所述导光板下表面并紧贴所述水平板。
其中,所述遮光片为遮光胶带。
同时,本发明还提供了一种显示装置,包括胶框、背板、导光板、光学膜片和液晶玻璃,所述背板包括相互垂直的竖直板和水平板,所述胶框和所述导光板设于所述背板内,所述光学膜片紧贴于所述胶框和所述导光板的上表面。
其中,所述显示装置还包括遮光片,所述遮光片粘贴于所述光学膜片上表面、所述光学膜片侧面和所述背板的所述竖直板上。
其中,所述显示装置还包括反射片,所述反射片设置在所述导光板下表面并紧贴所述水平板。
其中,所述遮光片为遮光双面胶,所述液晶玻璃通过所述遮光片粘贴于所述光学膜片上表面。
本发明通过将光学膜片紧贴于胶框和导光板的上表面,从而可以缩小胶框的尺寸,实现超窄边框设计。

具体实施方式
下面将对结合附图用实施例对本发明做进一步说明。
参阅图1,本发明实施例的背光模组包括胶框1、背板2、导光板3和光学膜片4。其中,背板2作为壳体部分用于承载和保护背光模组内的导光板3和光学膜片4等结构,包括相互垂直的竖直板2a和水平板2b,胶框1和导光板3设于背板2内,光学膜片4紧贴于胶框1和导光板3的上表面。
本实施例的背光模组还包括遮光片5,遮光片5粘贴于光学膜片4的上表面和光学膜片4的侧面,并部分粘贴于背板2的竖直板2a上,一方面对光学膜片4上表面的两边和两侧边进行保护,另一方面对光学膜片4两侧射出的光线进行吸收屏蔽,防止光污染。这里优选遮光片5为遮光胶带。
具体设计中,导光板3与胶框1之间具有间隙11。
进一步地,背光模组还包括反射片6,反射片6设置在导光板3下表面并紧贴水平板2b,用于将射到导光板3底面的光线反射回去,提高光线利用率和背光均匀性。这里,优选胶框1的高度等于反射片6和导光板3的高度之和,背板2的竖直板2a的上表面与胶框1上表面平齐。光学膜片4为多层膜片结构,粘贴在背板2和胶框1的上表面。
另外,本发明还提供了一种显示装置,如图2所示,本发明实施例的显示装置包括胶框1、背板2、导光板3、光学膜片4和液晶玻璃20,液晶玻璃20固定于光学膜片4的上表面,背板2包括相互垂直的竖直板2a和水平板2b,胶框1和导光板3设于背板2内,光学膜片4紧贴于胶框1和导光板3的上表面。具体地,遮光片5为遮光双面胶,液晶玻璃20通过遮光片5粘贴于光学膜片4上表面。
通过这样的设计,使得边框宽度L,即为遮光片5的厚度L1、竖直板2a的厚度L2、胶框1的厚度L3、间隙11的宽度L4和遮光片5的延伸长度L5之和。只需通过减小胶框1的厚度即可实现背光模组和显示装置边框的超窄设计。
以上所述仅是本申请的具体实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本申请原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也应视为本申请的保护范围。
Claims (5)
1.一种背光模组,其特征在于,包括胶框(1)、背板(2)、导光板(3)、光学膜片(4)、遮光片(5)和反射片(6),所述背板(2)包括相互垂直的竖直板(2a)和水平板(2b),所述胶框(1)和所述导光板(3)设于所述背板(2)内,所述光学膜片(4)粘贴于所述胶框(1)和所述导光板(3)的上表面;所述遮光片(5)粘贴于所述光学膜片(4)上表面和所述光学膜片(4)侧面,并部分粘贴于所述背板(2)的所述竖直板(2a)上;所述反射片(6)设置在所述导光板(3)下表面并紧贴所述水平板(2b),所述胶框(1)的高度等于所述反射片(6)和所述导光板(3)的高度之和,所述背板(2)的所述竖直板(2a)的上表面与所述胶框(1)上表面平齐。
2.根据权利要求1所述的背光模组,其特征在于,所述导光板(3)与所述胶框(1)之间具有间隙(11)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的背光模组,其特征在于,所述遮光片(5)为遮光胶带。
4.一种显示装置,其特征在于,包括胶框(1)、背板(2)、导光板(3)、光学膜片(4)、遮光片(5)、反射片(6)和液晶玻璃(20),所述背板(2)包括相互垂直的竖直板(2a)和水平板(2b),所述胶框(1)和所述导光板(3)设于所述背板(2)内,所述光学膜片(4)粘贴于所述胶框(1)和所述导光板(3)的上表面;所述遮光片(5)粘贴于所述光学膜片(4)上表面、所述光学膜片(4)侧面和所述背板(2)的所述竖直板(2a)上;所述反射片(6)设置在所述导光板(3)下表面并紧贴所述水平板(2b),所述胶框(1)的高度等于所述反射片(6)和所述导光板(3)的高度之和,所述背板(2)的所述竖直板(2a)的上表面与所述胶框(1)上表面平齐。
5.根据权利要求4所述的显示装置,其特征在于,所述遮光片(5)为遮光双面胶,所述液晶玻璃(20)通过所述遮光片(5)粘贴于所述光学膜片(4)上表面。
