技术领域
本发明涉及液晶显示技术领域,特别涉及一种背光模组及显示器。
背景技术
目前,液晶显示装置作为电子设备的显示部件已经广泛的应用于各种电子产品中,随着电子产品轻薄化的发展,电子设备的边框被设计得越来越窄。而背光模组则是液晶显示装置中的一个重要部件,亮度要求也越来越高,其灯条的入光效率势必要求越来越高。
然而,随着液晶模组的亮度越来越高,电子元件的工作效率越来越快,势必产生较大的热量,如果热量不能及时导走,将严重降低模组的亮度和电子元件的效率。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于提供一种背光模组,使得背光模组及显示器电子元件的热量可以及时散发。
本发明还提供一种显示器。
为了实现上述目的,本发明实施方式提供如下技术方案:
本发明提供一种背光模组,其包括胶框、导光板、灯源及光学膜片,所述导光板、灯条光源及光学膜片设置于所述胶框内,所述光源位于所述导光板入光侧与所述胶框之间,所述光学膜片与所述导光板层叠设置,所述背光模组还包括散热框,所述散热框包括第一散热边、第二散热边及与所述第一散热边相对设置的第三散热边,所述第二散热边连接所述第一散热边与第二散热边,所述胶框装有所述灯源的一端装于所述第一散热边与第三散热边之间,并且所述胶框与所述第二散热边内侧贴紧。
其中,所述灯源包括灯源线路板,所述灯源线路板与所述胶框通过双面胶固定。
其中,所述第一散热边与所述胶框及灯源线路板之间通过双面胶固定,并且所述双面胶延伸至所述光学膜片表面的边缘。
其中,所述第三散热边位于所述灯源远离所述第一散热边的一端,并且支撑所述胶框及所述导光板的入光侧。
其中,所述导光板与所述第三散热边之间设有反光片。
其中,所述双面胶为导热材料制成。
本发明还提供一种显示器,所述显示器包括背光模组和液晶面板,所述背光模组包括胶框、导光板、灯源及光学膜片,所述导光板、灯条光源及光学膜片设置于所述胶框内,所述光源位于所述导光板入光侧与所述胶框之间,所述光学膜片与所述导光板层叠设置,所述背光模组还包括散热框,所述散热框包括第一散热边、第二散热边及与所述第一散热边相对设置的第三散热边,所述第二散热边连接所述第一散热边与第二散热边,所述胶框装有所述灯源的一端装于所述第一散热边与第三散热边之间,并且所述胶框与所述第二散热边内侧贴紧;所述液晶面板设于所述背光模组上,且所述液晶面板与所述第一散热边及光学膜片固定。
其中,所述灯源与所述胶框通过一灯源线路板定位,所述第一散热边与所述胶框及灯源线路板之间通过双面胶固定,并且所述双面胶延伸至所述光学膜片上。
其中,所述液晶面板包括下偏光片、第一层玻璃、第二层玻璃及上偏光片,所述下偏光片、第一层玻璃、第二层玻璃及上偏光片依次叠加设置,且所述第一层玻璃位于下偏光片之上,所述下偏光片与所述光学膜片通过所述延伸至所述光学膜片上的双面胶固定。
其中,所述显示器还包括软线板及芯片,所述第一层玻璃包括延伸段,所述软线板及芯片装于所述延伸段上,所述延伸段装设于所述散热框的第一散热边上。
本发明的显示器的软线板及芯片设置于所述背光模组的散热框之上,在软线板及芯片等电子元件与灯源之间及时将多余的热量导走,降低电子元件与灯源的工作温度,避免因温度过高影响背光模组的亮度和电子元件的效率。

具体实施方式
下面将结合本发明实施方式中的附图,对本发明实施方式中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述。
请参阅图1,本发明的较佳实施例提供了一种背光模组10,其包括胶框11、导光板13、灯源15及光学膜片17。所述导光板13、灯源15及光学膜片17设置于所述胶框11内,所述光源15位于所述导光板13入光侧与所述胶框11之间,所述光学膜片17与所述导光板13层叠设置。所述背光模组还包括散热框18,所述散热框18包括第一散热边181、第二散热边182及与所述第一散热边181相对设置的第三散热边183。所述第二散热边182连接所述第一散热边181与第二散热边182,所述胶框11装有所述灯源15的一端装于所述第一散热边181与第三散热边183之间,并且所述胶框11与所述第二散热边182贴紧。
本实施例中,所述胶框11为矩形框体。所述导光板13为矩形板体,其包括入光侧131。所述灯源15包括背光面151、与背光面相反的发光面152及灯源线路板16。所述导光板13为矩形板体。所述导光板13与所述灯源15收容于所述胶框11内,所述发光面152朝向所述导光板13的入光侧131。
本实施例中,所述胶框11与所述灯源15的灯源线路板16通过双面胶定位。具体为,所述灯源线路板16通过双面胶与所述胶框11内侧及导光板13边缘固定,进而将所述灯源15定位于所述胶框11上。
本实施例中,所述第一散热边181与所述胶框11及灯源线路板16之间通过双面胶14固定,并且所述双面胶14延伸至所述光学膜片17表面边缘。所述双面胶14为导热材料制成,便于所述散热框18的热量传递并且防止双面胶14开胶。所述光学膜片17可以为多种类型的层叠设置,例如扩散片、棱镜片、偏光片等。所述双面胶14延伸的部分贴于光学膜片17远离导光板13的表面边缘,进而固定所述光学膜片17于胶框11上。
本实施例中,所述第三散热边183位于所述灯源15远离所述第一散热边181的一端,并且支撑所述胶框11及所述导光板13的入光侧。所述导光板13与所述第三散热边183之间还设有反光片19。
本发明的背光模组10设有散热框18,围绕所述灯源15而设置,可以降低灯源15产生的热量,避免因温度过高影响背光模组10的品质。
请参阅图2,本发明还提供一种显示器,所述显示器包括背光模组10和液晶面板20,所述液晶面板20与所述第一散热边181及光学膜片17固定。
本实施例中,所述液晶面板20包括下偏光片21、第一层玻璃22、第二层玻璃23及上偏光片24,所述下偏光片21、第一层玻璃22、第二层玻璃23及上偏光片24依次叠加设置,且所述第一层玻璃22位于下偏光片21之上,所述下偏光片21与所述光学膜片17通过所述延伸至所述光学膜片17上的双面胶14固定。
本实施例中,所述显示器还包括软线板25及芯片26,所述第一层玻璃22包括延伸段221,所述软线板25及芯片26装于所述延伸段221上,所述延伸段221装设于所述散热框18的第一散热边181上。
本发明的显示器的软线板25及芯片26设置于所述背光模组10的散热框之上,散热框18围绕灯源、电子元件等发热元件,可有效将软线板25及芯片26等电子元件与灯源之间及时将多余的热量导走,降低电子元件与灯源的工作温度,避免因温度过高影响背光模组的亮度和电子元件的效率。

Claims (10)

1.一种背光模组,其包括胶框、导光板、灯源及光学膜片,所述导光板、灯条光源及光学膜片设置于所述胶框内,所述光源位于所述导光板入光侧与所述胶框之间,所述光学膜片与所述导光板层叠设置,其特征在于,所述背光模组还包括散热框,所述散热框包括第一散热边、第二散热边及与所述第一散热边相对设置的第三散热边,所述第二散热边连接所述第一散热边与第二散热边,所述胶框装有所述灯源的一端装于所述第一散热边与第三散热边之间,并且所述胶框与所述第二散热边内侧贴紧。
2.如权利要求1所述的背光模组,其特征在于,所述灯源包括灯源线路板,所述灯源线路板与所述胶框通过双面胶固定。
3.如权利要求2所述的背光模组,其特征在于,所述第一散热边与所述胶框及灯源线路板之间通过双面胶固定,并且所述双面胶延伸至所述光学膜片表面的边缘。
4.如权利要求3所述的背光模组,其特征在于,所述第三散热边位于所述灯源远离所述第一散热边的一端,并且支撑所述胶框及所述导光板的入光侧。
5.如权利要求4所述的背光模组,其特征在于,所述导光板与所述第三散热边之间设有反光片。
6.如权利要求3所述的背光模组,其特征在于,所述双面胶为导热材料制成。
7.一种显示器,所述显示器包括背光模组和液晶面板,所述背光模组包括胶框、导光板、灯源及光学膜片,所述导光板、灯条光源及光学膜片设置于所述胶框内,所述光源位于所述导光板入光侧与所述胶框之间,所述光学膜片与所述导光板层叠设置,其特征在于,所述背光模组还包括散热框,所述散热框包括第一散热边、第二散热边及与所述第一散热边相对设置的第三散热边,所述第二散热边连接所述第一散热边与第二散热边,所述胶框装有所述灯源的一端装于所述第一散热边与第三散热边之间,并且所述胶框与所述第二散热边内侧贴紧;所述液晶面板设于所述背光模组上,且所述液晶面板与所述第一散热边及光学膜片固定。
8.如权利要求7所述的显示器,其特征在于,所述灯源包括灯源线路板,所述灯源线路板与所述胶框通过双面胶固定,灯源线路板所述第一散热边与所述胶框及灯源线路板灯源线路板之间通过双面胶固定,并且所述双面胶延伸至所述光学膜片上。
9.如权利要求8所述的显示器,其特征在于,所述液晶面板包括下偏光片、第一层玻璃、第二层玻璃及上偏光片,所述下偏光片、第一层玻璃、第二层玻璃及上偏光片依次叠加设置,且所述第一层玻璃位于下偏光片之上,所述下偏光片与所述光学膜片通过所述延伸至所述光学膜片上的双面胶固定。
10.如权利要求9所述的显示器,其特征在于,所述显示器还包括软线板及芯片,所述第一层玻璃包括延伸段,所述软线板及芯片装于所述延伸段上,所述延伸段装设于所述散热框的第一散热边上。
